Two cleaners arrived on time, were very polite, and went straight to work. The cleaning was described as a and quot;deep clean.and quot; The bathrooms were well cleaned. I was disappointed that they didn't dust top book shelves, especially since I didn't need the oven or refrigerator cleaned (which was part of the service.). It was an OK cleaning for $139, but certainly not with the non Agie's cost.

They arrived earlier than the expected time - so A+ for punctuality . There were several ladies who worked quickly but very thoroughly. The owner stopped in to check on them and make sure I was pleased. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with the service I received. I was moving out and what caught my eye was the cleaning of the inside of the oven and refrigerator. Well, that was done, but they really did a great job on the rest of the house. They did the usual cleaning and vacumning of the floors, but the did an extra bang up job on the bathrooms. They cleaned the medicine cabinets inside and out and cleaned all the mirrors spotless. What really impressed me, and something I did not expect, was they they raised all the windows and cleaned the window ledges between the screen and glass. They really went above the call of duty for this job I would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I've already recommended them to a couple of real estate agents that had seen the job and asked about it. Great job and great people to work with.

I sent them this note before they accepted the job: and quot;Apartment and small kennels-605 sq ft.2 rooms+kitchen/bath. Desperately needs professional deep cleaning floor-ceiling fans Schedule 9/3 or 9/4?and quot; On the day they and quot;cleanedand quot; at 6pm I arrived home and found that they had not touched the ceiling fans. Other problems: 1. Didn't dust anything. 2. Didn't vacuum or clean ledges (window, door etc.) 3. Heavy dust under furniture. We have 2 chairs, 1 bed and a dresser. 3. left piles of dust and dead bugs on top of door ledges. 4. Chair in kennels is completely covered in dust, etc. There are only 2 chairs in the entire space 5. Left inside of windows (only 7 and very accessible) extremely grimy. Will send pictures if necessary. They said they could do 3,000 square feet but didn't even do 2 rooms completely.

My home is still in transition as we unpack more remnants of two divorces. So each visit by Real Touch is an experience for them. I've moved furniture, have some boxes ready for recycling and usually have a messy kitchen from the hectic lifestyle. Real Touch looks around and starts doing their magic. Everything from the basics of cleaning the kitchen and bath but also dust the recessed lighting, wiping down the washer/dryer, dusting the blinds. We have wood floors and they clean them just like I like them; Murphy's Oil Soap cleaning after broom or vacuum. I love it! Takes so much stress away from me. The Real Touch business is growing so our timeslot moved from 1:00pm to 3:00pm but this was an even exchange in that we have a sick person in our home who sometimes has to cancel visits at the last minute. They've been great in accommodating. I recommend their services, professionalism and good nature. Cost is very reasonable too

I will never ever call them again. If you need, I can provide complete proof how they work. I will strongly suggest everyone reading into review to stay away from this cleaning company. thank you

The work was overall excellent. The team, there were many people, moved through the house and did and excellent job. I did need to point out a couple of areas that were missed, but they quickly did them. I would definitely use them again!

They were excellent. Extremely punctual, (arrival within 30 seconds of time stated), very professional, courteous, and efficient. I was impressed.

They did such a great job that we are going to hire them for biweekly cleaning!

I wanted to use Real Touch Maids to clean my empty Condo before the open house on Saturday. I purchased a coupon for their "Deep Clean to include oven and refrigerator" and left a note for those dates/times most convenient for me. Real Touch Maids contacted me to let me know those dates/times were not available, and in my response to them, I mentioned I wanted the place clean prior to the open house. That was when Real Touch Maids contacted me to let me know they don't do empty homes, and so I was forced to cancel and now I am requesting a refund. Because the open house is so close, I will clean the place myself. Thank you!

The house was already near spotless because we had it up for sale. We thought we would take a break, maybe the stove, refrig would get cleaner. Unfortunately, there was little to no difference and they were extremely noisy banging vacuum cleaner attachments against the floor and wall.

The people in the office that I contacted were very nice, but gave me a 2 hour window that they would arrive. I was moving in so two hours is a long time to sit in an empty house, but I dealt with that. The maids were very rude and upset when they realized that this was a move-in clean despite the fact that i had been very clear with the office staff both via phone and email. There were three of them that came and they were only there for 40 mins. All three spent the bulk of their time on their phones talking or texting. They did only a cursory cleaning and didn't get the walls, doors or appliances. We had to go back after they left and scrub the bathrooms again. Very disappointing.

Wasn't good with details - for instance left chairs in the middle of the room, didn't clean some items in bathroom; had to be told what to clean. They did clean a second time without charge when I was unhappy. They seemed to be in a hurry to leave. Ladies were very personable. I would not use them again.

They missed their originally scheduled time but were able to come later the same day. Without prompting they made up for the schedule problem by extending their cleaning man hours to almost 6 hours. They were able to thoroughly clean 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, stairs, living, dining, faimly rooms, and kitchen. My wife was happily amazed when our couch cushions were all pulled off to vacuum all the crevasses. They gently moved all the furniture away from the walls and windows to clean all the baseboards and windows sills and put everything back how it was. Over all great job!

Real Touch did a great job with a dedicated crew. They worked quickly and very hard in my house. They even did a few areas that I had not expected and my house looked beautiful. They were very pleasant to work with.

They were really good at responding, setting up the appointment. The cleaning ladies arrived on time, brought their own equipment and did a good job of cleaning.

Provider showed up on time with a crew of four people. They quickly got to work and cleaned the entire house in 2 hours. They did a fantastic job doing all the baseboards, blinds, etc. The bathrooms and kitchen were perfectly cleaned as was the refrigerator. We would definitely have them come back.

Bought an Angie's List deal for a whole house deep cleaning plus inside oven and fridge. Not sure I would call what they did a and quot;deepand quot; cleaning but they did a pretty good job and were professional and very nice. I will most likely use them again but will be sure to examine everything before they leave next time. I'm sure if I had pointed out a few things they missed or needed to give more attention to before they left, they would have taken care of them with no problem.

It turned out very well. They did everything that I asked them to the way that I asked them to. They were very good at what they did. In fact, I'm hoping to call them back out soon but I just have not had a chance to settle things down to a point I can have them come back quite yet. They did a lot more than I had hoped or expected that they would do. In fact, I didn't expect that they would clean as much of the bottom half of the house as they did. We have a large house. I was only expecting them to clean the upper half of the house. It was a bargain and I had a great deal for what it cost. They did a good job.

The house has never looked so good! They thoroughly cleaned our kitchen, at least one of the team of 3 was in there for 3 hours. I have two teenagers that love to cook but leave the kitchen a sticky mess at times. I was so grateful for their attention to detail in every room. Henry took the team through and explained everything to be done then asked me if there was anything else. One daughter said we should do this at least 4 times a year. Thank you so much!

Great job!. they were prompt and did more than I expected.

The provider contacting me shortly after I sent them an email. They were supposed to do a deep clean including the fridge and oven. They were punctual and professional, but I thought the level of cleaning fell a bit short. One room did not appear to have been vacumned, as dirt was still visible on the carpet. The bathroom was cleaned, but not to my satisfaction. They did not even wipe down the toothbrush holder. Overall, they did a good job, but not a great one. More of a maintance clean than a deep clean.
