They were fine. They did a really good job cleaning. We scheduled it several weeks in advance. My only complaint is that the day before the service, around 3:30, they called and left a message to confirm the appointment set for 10 am the next day. They canceled our appointment because we didn't get back to them in time. It was inconvenient for us and strange because we had spoken to them via email earlier that week. They seemed very put off by the situation, stating I didn't confirm my appointment. They did reschedule me for later that day and when they came, they did do a very nice job on the cleaning. We had to schedule around the original appointment and then we had to do that again so it was very inconvenient.

Got a text of approximate time - checked in on text and arrived according to window of time -- went to work and was out in enough time for me to make my son's basketball game.

I purchased this on a Big Deal and did not hear from the company within the time expected. After I contacted Angie's List, the provider contacted me a day or two later. We agreed on a time and the crew showed up. However, I was getting my hot water heater fixed at the same time and the water was turned off for about 30 minutes. This apparently disrupted the entire schedule. The manager (I assume) was with the cleaning crew and said that they had to leave because waiting would back up their schedule completely. He offered to come back another day and do the job. We settled on 10 am on the following Wednesday. A few minutes before 10 on Wednesday, the manager called to say that the crew was having car trouble, but another crew would be available between 2 and 3. I said OK and rearranged my plans for the morning. The crew of 3 women arrived at 3:30, after I had pretty much given up hope. They did a really good job and finished in less than an hour and a half. The only problem was that two of the women didn't speak English. The leader of the crew spoke some English, but not a lot. I was very happy that I remembered enough of my high school Spanish to communicate with her. So, bottom line, I got my house cleaned, but would not use this company again because of the lack of responsiveness and the communication difficulties with the cleaning crew.

My experience with them was excellent. There were no additional charges to the big deal. They did a phenomenal job. The staff was phenomenal. They were really polite and nice. The head guy was really nice and outstanding. I even told them that once we get situated and when we plan on hiring a cleaning crew to come in like once a week, I would hire them. A head guy and three women came to do the job. I would tell others to get their service.

They were very accommodating about my several date-changes (as my house closing/settlement kept getting delayed). We let them in and they went at it on their own cleaning everything, without needing any direction. They brought all their own equipment and cleaning supplies. I had been embarrassed about how messy the fridge was, so I started cleaning it myself, but she sweetly said and quot;that's OK Sir, I will take care of that.and quot; It was a large crew (5 or 6 ladies), and they spent two hours cleaning. I was impressed. And the place was nice and clean at the end.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. They didn't call me back within 48 hours of me purchasing the big deal, and so I called Angie's List. We then went back and forth by email, and finally settled for last Monday. They came, and I had a plumber here. The plumber had to turn the water off for 20 minutes, while they were cleaning. They then said that they had to leave, and so they left and said they would come back today. Today, they were supposed to be here at 10am, instead I got a call to say that one of the cars broke down, so they can come between 2 and 3. I haven't heard a word from anybody. I certainly hope they come and do what I have paid them to do, but I will never use them again. I have taken time off from work to be here, and I have to leave at 5, and so, even if they do come here now, they will not get it done before 5. They had cleaned my upstairs bathroom, and they vacuumed the upstairs bathroom, and that was done well. The young women who came out, and they were very nice, but the guy who came out was creepy, and I didn't like his attitude.

I am getting a refund because I can not get scheduled for a few weeks out.

It went great. They were awesome. Also, they were prompt.

I discovered that they had not wiped the inside of the oven clean and ndash; leaving some of the cleaner that they used behind. Overall they did a great job on the stove. I think that they just used a feather duster on my furniture. I expected a and ldquo;deepand rdquo; cleaning and that all of the dust in the crevices of my bedroom furniture would be removed. The tops of furniture looked great, but I noticed that the items on the dressers and tables had not been moved. They overall did a great job on my kitchen cabinets. They missed a couple of the doors on the upper cabinets and ndash; they were left very sticky. The bathrooms were AMAZING and ndash; they even got out the stubborn hard water rings that I had been unable to take care of myself. They mostly vacuumed around the furniture and ndash; I thought that deep cleaning would at least mean moving the coffee table. Overall, I guess my house was MUCH smaller than their regular jobs. They were gone in about 2.5 hours.

Overall a pretty good job - not quite an A, more like a B+. They came on time, which I appreciated. There were a couple of areas they missed; when I pointed them out, they re-cleaned without complaint.

It was good. I purchased the deal because they had said they would stay until it was clean and not based on a time limit. I felt that they did a good job. In general, they did your typical hour and a half type thing which is what the most cleaning services do. That was my feeling. The cleaning crew did a good job but they didn't stay. There wasn't as much attention to detail as what I had hoped. The price is average.

They missed some areas that I had wanted them to clean, but they did an adequate job overall. Furthermore, they arrived on time and charged a competitive price for the service.

It was fine. They got through the whole house in the time allotted. It met expectations but didn't exceed.

They provided a satisfactory service.

The house smelled strongly of bleach and did not seem very clean. I had left some dishes in a drying rack on the counter and although it was nice they put them away, they seemed to randomly shove things in drawers and cabinets and a couple of my drawers were stuck from things being crammed in. I got the sense everything was very rushed and did not seem thorough.

They came and did a nice job cleaning the bathrooms, floors and dusting. They were very efficient.

4 people came and cleaned for 1 hour which totals 4 hours of cleaning.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Real Touch Maids. They came to my home and were kind enough to wait outside for me while I had to pick my daughters girl scout troop from school. They worked quickly and efficiently and were completed prior to when I thought they would be. The house was clean and smelled clean.

Actual cleaning looked good. Main problem was they originally said they would arrive in a 1-2 PM window and then didn't show up until 2:45. By that time I was leaving and had to reschedule with them to come back two days later 8-9 AM. This time they showed up at 9:15. Both times they blamed their late arrival on and quot;trafficand quot; but I think they should be more aware of when rush hour is and alter their proposed times accordingly. Once they actually got cleaning they were good and very quick.

I used a livingsocial deal, and for the money they did a lot. However, their attention to detail was a bit sloppy in some areas and I had to ask them to clean certain areas a little better. It was my first time paying for a house cleaning, so overall I was satisfied. 3 women came in and cleaned for about an hour and a half (4-5 man hours).

Arrived promptly; completed cleaning thorougly and in a timely manner; price was reasonable.

Very good, missed a couple of spots but considering there were four people that spent two hours here, they did a good job.

They sounded great on the phone. When they were not able to start as early as I needed them to accommodate my work schedule, they were able to switch to the following day and showed up right on time. They brought all their chemicals with them, as well as a vacuum cleaner, rags, and a duster. I paid for a and quot;deep cleaningand quot; per the ad. And while it was a joy to have my refrigerator cleaned , and my oven cleaned out (it just needed to be vacuumed) at no extra charge, that was the extent of the and quot;deep cleaningand quot;. They did comply when I asked them to vacuum my curtains and clean my ceiling fans-with a spray AND duster I provided. (Their duster simply moved the dust around). And they did pick up and dust each knick-knack and photo I had on display. But I kept having to ask them to reclean the floors: not only did they not and quot;deep cleanand quot; they didn't even get them clean the first time in the kitchen, rec room or baths. Whomever (there were 3 women cleaning and one man and quot;in chargeand quot;) was in charge of floor cleaning did it in such a hurry they didn't stop to remove dried on food (the kitchen), pieces of tape (though I specifically asked for them to do so), and potato chip and dust balls behind a small trashcan (bathroom). The first two issues were taken care of as soon as I asked, which pleased me; but it was hard to keep up with 3 different people in 3 areas of my house. After they left I discovered two of the bedroom carpets had not been thoroughly vacuumed (pieces of dirt), there were dead bugs on the hearth in the family room, and the bathroom floor had not been taken care of (though I had asked, in their native tongue- to make sure I was understood). I called the manager and he said they couldn't come back until the following week. When we discovered my son's pet goldfish missing, we looked all over his room, thinking it perhaps had jumped out of the bowl. No luck. When I called to tell the manager they did not need to return to clean the floors (I had already recleaned them myself), I also asked him to ask his workers if they had perhaps discovered a fish on the floor, and had simply cleaned it up without mentioning it . I never got a call back. I think I would have been satisfied with and quot;getting what I paid forand quot; had it been sold as a regular cleaning, not a and quot;deep cleaningand quot;...but I wouldn't have asked them to come back...clean floors are important to me, and obviously not everyone on their team is detail oriented. I've also discovered I'd rather have one person responsible for the cleaning, so I only have one person to show around, discuss details with, and follow up with. As we are bilingual, language wasn't an issue. But if you use this crew, be prepared to speak Spanish OR use the manager to translate all your needs to the crew. The missing fish is still a mystery. We have never found him, and he was 3x the size of your average goldfish.

Overall everything went very well. They got out some stains in the kitchen sink that i never could and mopped the hardwood floors. Their best job was in the bathrooms and their weak spots were dusting. I definitely had to walk through and pick out things they missed but overall they were on time, brought in 4 people, and were fast. I think it only took a little over 1.5 hrs. I gave them a b for professionalism only because some of the workers were texting while working.

After an earlier scheduling conflict, three ladies arrived at my door (after getting a head's up call that they were on their way). I gave them a rundown of the house and they did a great job in about 1 hour and 15 minutes! I will definitely use them again. There were a couple things that I noticed that they and quot;missedand quot; that my old maid did for me, but to be fair, I didn't ask them and will point it out next time.
