We called and they showed up on time. We have a 4 year old and they even straightened his toy room. They cleaned baseboars, window sills, and inside the refrigerator. Great job! I want them to come back.

The provider never showed. During the last attempt (and I wasn't even sure this was going to take place as I emailed the company to confirm and never received a response....I also tried calling the phone number on their web site but it wasn't functional) I received a call after 5:30 on a Friday night after not even being contacted to confirm the appointment saying they were at my house. I wasn't home as I had to get my child from day care and had assumed since I wasn't ever able to get in touch with them that they weren't coming. Previously I had scheduled a couple different appointments but the cleaning crew never showed. I would never recommend this company and am trying to get a full refund.

They showed up at the scheduled time, we did a walk thru to discuss what was to be done and they immediately got to work. There were 4 cleaners, which helped to minimize the time required to clean the house. They did an excellent job and were finished within 2 hrs! We will definitely use them again! Great job!

I happen to be home sick the day they came for the first regular cleaning. They did a good job. They were fast and they were polite. At the end they were walking out the door and asked me for a check. I was confused and told them that I had already given the office my credit card info. But, they told me they don't take credit cards. So I called the office and the man who answered was very rude. He told me that they did not have any credit card info because my first service was paid to Angie's List, not to them. I said okay, but if they don't take credit cards (which is very unusual!) they should let their customers know so that an awkward situation such as this does not occur. The man on the phone did not seem to appreciate my feedback. Since I have not used paper checks in about 5 years and I had no cash, I did what I thought was polite and told them to go ahead to the next house, I would have my son go to the bank and take out cash, then meet them at the next house, which was a 14 mile round-trip drive. The night before the next cleaning I noticed two emails that had been sent to me over the previous week from the cleaning company. In the past, my cleaning services have always just sent an email to confirm the date with me. I happen to open one and it was asking me to reply that I wanted the next service (which is also very unusual!). I quickly sent off a response, but the next morning I got a response that it was too late. I got this response, which is copied from my email, and quot;ms Amalia I'm need to have a good way to communication I'm not have a good phone number from you and you said you don't check you email? before I'm send the crew all my customers they have a good way to communicate whit us I'm cancell today because I'm not heard from you im can put you back next two friday if you want the serviceand quot; I responded that this poor communication was inconvenient and that they should let their clients know in advance about their policies. I also provided them with all my information, again. They responded with the following, which is copied from my email. and quot; Im personally email you twice this week and im get a email from you this morning and im feel if going to be difficult have bussiness relationships whit you so we going to walk away and thanks for you business, have a nice dayand quot; I was even nice enough to apologize and ask them to reconsider. But they just ignored me. I even asked Angie's list to intervene and explain the situation and point out that they did have unusual policies and that I had given them all my contact information in the very first email. But Angie's List seemed to do a very lousy job at it. After spending about 20 minutes talking to a representative, they contacted me back after a few days and said the service provider declined to provide me further services. Angie's list also offered me a refund for the services I did not receive. Clearly the person handling the case was not the same person as the one I spoke to and seemed clueless about what was going on. These people really hurt my feelings. Cleaning services come into your home and you let them in to a private and sacred place. The office staff was unprofessional and rude. They did not own their own mistakes and clearly have more clients than they need. It took me a very long time before I could write about it because it hurt me to be so easily discarded and labeled as and quot;difficultand quot;.

It seemed they were stressed on time, details of cleaning were not met. I have self cleaning ovens, but found stove cleaner residue. vent not cleaned, and the frig. vent not vaccumed. The only english speaking person was the owner who relayed the main information to three workers, and then left. The floors were cleaned, but not scrubbed. I have ceramic tile on bathroom floors, and they were not clean, I hand scrub this area. My wood blinds were dusted by whacking them, I was glad they did not break, but had to set wood back into place, and they still had dust. I have a fire place that was not touched at all. They were whisked out the door after about 1 1/2 hrs. They may have done a better job maybe if not so rushed, so I gave them a B and not a C.

Went well. They showed up on time and got right to work. I had them do my upstairs (cats took sanctuary down stairs) and they did a great job. They were efficient and relatively quick. I would use this service again.

Went well. They called before they showed up, they showed up within their window they gave us, they were quick and efficient but also quality.

It was great. Scheduling was a little tricky my schedule varies from week to week and they book up fast but we got it worked out. They did a great job, very satisfied. I normally pay about $108 for my condo to be cleaned every other week and this was a much deeper cleaning and the place looked great.

Arrived on time. Cleaned home. JOB was Ok not above average but good Schefuled for regular service. Did ok job good price. However due to scheduling problems have gone with other service.

Went very smooth. Cleaning team arrived on time, worked efficiently and did a great job. Setup to use for cleaning services on a regular basis going forward.

The provider cleaned the kitchen and bathroom nicely. They re-did cleaning on a few areas at my request. The kitchen cabinets and counter tops were cleaned very well. The kitchen and bathroom floors were mopped, but the kitchen will need a follow up sweeping after it is dry. All the carpet and wood floors were vacuumed, however the vacuum they used was not industrial strength and the carpets and rugs definitely required a deeper cleaning. The kitchen appliances were spotless when they were finished. The dusting was adequate and all open surfaces were cleaned. I was pleased that they were willing to re-do areas I thought needed extra work. Also, they were late, but they did call to let me know about the delay.

It was good. They emailed us right away and they were on time. They did a lot for the price we got; they were here for two hours and I think they were three or four of them. They were pretty efficient.

Originally contracted for housecleaning of an occupied house as offered on Angie's list. The contract was amended when the crew arrived to a move-out service. This misunderstanding was the result of mixed signals from the former tenant. Nonetheless, the crew did a thorough job, including the kitchen (cleaned cabinets inside and out, refrigerator, cooktop, counters); living room and dining room bookcases; vacuumed and washed all floors and window interiors; dusted blinds; vacuumed attic carpet; and swept and vacuumed the basement floor. A true move-out job. Crew of three cleaners and supervisor were quick and expert at their tasks. Their delayed arrival was caused by previous time-consuming jobs and heavy traffic, and the job naturally took longer than they had expected.

They were fine, I just probably not use them again.

They're very responsive when it comes to communication, and I bought this deal several weeks ago to schedule for yesterday's cleaning. Their scheduled time of arrival was between 3-5 pm, and they were only about 5-10 mins late, which I'm assuming b/c of rush hours, so it wasn't a big deal to me. When the whole team showed up, they had 4 cleaners and 1 manager with all their cleaning supplies. To a working mother, that could not have been the best feeling - to have a big team of help! After I showed them all the rooms, all of them started cleaning right away. We have 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a family room and a living room. After 2 hrs of hard work, wala! they finished! Granted it was already dark, so all the lights were turned on, but after we checked the house real quick, it was CLEAN! Pointed out a few minor spots, but they cleaned them up too. The only suggestion I may add is that I will request them to use our own steam mop with washable cloth made by Sharp to mop our wood floors in the future. I guess I just haven't seen traditional mops anymore, so I'm not used to feelings that traditional mops leave on the floors when the mopping was done. That's just my personal preference though. Overall, I'd give them an A for Excellent! Great job guys, and thanks for cleaning our house!

FI was very impressed with the four-member team who came to the house. They immediately went to work and swiftly cleaned the entire house. They brought with them their own cleaning equipment. I a little over an hour they were done and cleaned their way to the front door. They left my house in an amazingly clean condition.

Originally scheduled for Friday 10/11 but the ladies got into a car accident on the way. Henry immediately called me to say they would have to reschedule. We rescheduled for Monday 10/14 between 8 and 9. The ladies arrived at 9:30. They came in and immediately got to work. The quality of their cleaning was exceptional! As a single mom of a college aged child, 3 dogs and a demanding job that requires me to work sometimes 12 to 14 hours per day, my house had been seriously neglected. These ladies turned my home into a beautiful, clean living environment in no time at all. Due to the last minute cancellation, Henry promised me a complimentary cleaning. I will use them again next month and if my experience is as good as this one, my search for the perfect cleaning service will end and I will finally contract for a monthly cleaning. Thank you ladies, you've made my life much easier!

They were very nice and promptly set up the appointment to clean twice. However, they arrived 3 hours after the end of the time window they gave me for the first cleaning appt. The second time, they didn't show up at all and I had to call and email to find out where they were. They told me I never gave them the info they had asked for - I had a Groupon number - but I re-sent it to them along with their reply email acknowledging receiving it and confirming the cleaning. It seems that they are over-booked and not able to keep up with admin responsibilities to effectively manage their client load. In addition, the cleaning was good, but not the and quot;deepand quot; cleaning advertised.

I purchased a coupon for a whole house deep clean. My house falls well below their square foot requirement for the coupon, but has 3 levels. The only one who could speak English was disheartened immediately it seemed when he realized it was 3 floors. They then proceeded to do a walk through. They said my house was to disorganized and messy for them to clean. I don't understand this, am I supposed to clean my house before the maids clean my house? That makes no sense to me. The main room they were freaked out by I said they didn't have to clean and he just ignored that and kept saying they can't clean my house unless I pay them another $300. He wanted to come back on another day with more people to clean (as long as I shelled out another $300). No where did the coupon say anything about having to clean prior to them arriving. They also were late, which didn't surprise me since they had already informed me that their being on time was dependent on traffic, which is ridiculous. Everyone in the DC has to account for traffic, I am at work on time even with traffic. I don't get that either. Anyway, it was a waste of time for me and a waste of time for them, since in the end they won't make any money at all. So I guess we all lose on this one.

They left the house very nice and I didn't have to direct them. It was good. They were here for three hours and two girls did the cleaning. The girls were so nice, but the manager had bad customer service. We dealt with him over email and over the phone to get the Big Deal scheduled and he wasn't very helpful. He didn't want to talk to me because my husband's name is on the Angie's List account. It took three weeks to schedule the Big Deal. He was very unprofessional.

It went great. They got stains out of a bathroom sink that I had been unable to remove. The bathrooms were shinny clean. They cleaned my stove. Told my husband to check it out and he said he never remembered it ever being that clean. Grandson came in from school and said it smells clean! The floors were spotless. The furniture was dust free and the mirrors sparkled.

I probably won't use them again but they were okay. I don't know what cleaners they use but whatever they used but the bath tub and stuff were dirty within a week so that's why we decided that we're not going to use them again.

My only complaint is that the day before the service, around 3:30, they called and left a message to confirm the appointment set for 10 am the next day. They canceled our appointment because we didn't get back to them in time. It was inconvenient for us and strange because we had spoken to them via email earlier that week. They seemed very put off by the situation, stating I didn't confirm my appointment. They did reschedule me for later that day and when they came they did do a very nice job on the cleaning. We had to schedule around the original appointment and then we had to do that again so it was very inconvenient.
