I was concerned that they would cut corners because of the large discount offered; but, instead, they went to extra effort to demonstrate the quality of their service and to address all of the items I pointed out to them.

They did a very good job and very profecional .

They cleaned the house from top to bottom and did a much better job than I do.

Service was to be for 4 hours and they were to show up between 12 - 2 pm. They showed up at 5:10 pm and left at 6:20 pm ...... do I need to say more????????????

They came in like a whirlwind and on time (with 4 people). It was my first time using their service but was so impressed I am going to use them bi-monthly. |I am not sure I will get four people every time, I forgot to ask. |They had me inspect everything before they left and I could not have been happier. |I cannot remember what I paid as I ordered the "special coupon" a couple of months ago.

I purchased on November 12, 2013 and received a message from the service provider on November 13. However, it appears they were booked until November 23. I responded on the 14th that I needed service prior to the 23rd, perhaps the 22nd, but did not receive a response. I followed up on November 18 and received a response that they are booked until November 30. I'm sorry for the inconvenience but did not realize there would be such a large window in getting the cleaning. Thank you for your help!

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out great. They were prompt and fast. They worked really well, and the work turned out great. I didn't spend anything more than the price of the big deal. I would use them again in the future, if I were looking for that service.

They cleaned my house from top to bottom! Wiped every slat of every wooden blind (12 windows), sterilized 3 bathrooms and kitchen (including cabinets and inside/outside refrigerator and microwave - I have a self-cleaning oven, but they did the glass top). Mopped all wood floors and vacuumed carpets and steps. Wiped down all surfaces including switchplates, front of dishwasher and changed all linens. Terrific job!

I purchased a Big Deal coupon from them. It was good. They did what they said they would do and it was a good deal. The work turned out fine. They were pretty booked and that's the issue that I had.

Perfect. They arrived on time. Cleaned the house as promised.

After they left I found they had missed a couple of areas; didn't clean my shower head or faucet in one bathroom. Wasn't 100% but they deserve a solid B. Also, it was a 4-person crew which worked fast together, and they were on time.

The did a good job. I didn't know (maybe didn't read the fine print) that they were only doing 2 floors. They asked (and we paid) for $50 additional dollars to vacuum, dust, sweep and clean 2 bathrooms on the 3rd floor. One challenge I had...my oven. The lower oven rack is attached to the door. When you open the door the rack comes out for easy food placement. When cleaning my oven the person pulled out that rack and dismantled the rack and door. They did not bother to put it back nor tell me they had dismantled it. Also, when the oven dried it was full of "oven cleaner streaks" I had to go back in with a damp cloth and wipe down the inside of the entire oven. :-( |Over all they did o.k. I would not give them an "A"

made an appointment for 11/16 from noon to 2. talked on the phone once. Never followed up. i stayed home waiting for the team to call or arrive. Nothing. They never showed-up and never called. i would like a full refund and request that AL never accept coupon adverts from this company. I have grounds to request reimbursement for my own hourly rate at 2 hours since i was stuck in my house waiting for the team when i could have been working.

I purchased this deal for housecleaning but what attracted me to the deal was that the company specifically advertised for oven cleaning. The house cleaning was standard - as good as any other company. But what was really great was they were able to take a 30 + year old oven that was not cleaned in many many years and they made it shine!! Was very happy with the purchase!

That went pretty well. They did a good job. There were a few things that I think they've missed, but overall it was a good experience. We didn't have any issues. The only thing that stood out is that there was some grime on the shower floor that has been there for a while and they got it completely out, which was good. But there was some discoloration from just being dirty on the tile grout in our bathroom that they didn't address.

They did a good job. It took a while because of the schedule but they did a good job when they were here. I was a little skeptical that they would do everything that they said they would do and I did not need to because they did everything that they said they would do. They actually cleaned the refrigerator, the microwave, the oven, the top boards and the things that I think take longer to do. Their work turned out good. I am thinking about using them again in the future.

They came in on time and did the cleaning. some of the ladies were more thorough than others. I had to request the corners be re-vacuumed. The leader was prompt at telling the ladies what to do in response to my request. They mistakenly locked the bathroom (main level) door shut. I had to get a locksmith to open the door. I would have appreciated them telling me their mistake instead of finding out after they left.

Cleaned 2500 sq ft house (4 BR, 2.5 bath) -- including deep clean in the kitchen (wiped down cabinetry, cleaned interior of refrig, microwave, oven).

cleaned 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. cleaned stove, refrigerator, baseboards, changed beds, vacuumed, dusted, cleaned floors. Excellent service, polite, hard-working staff.

Arrived right on time - three maids and who I guess was the owner who drove them here. The three started immediately after I explained what was to be done. Part of the deal was to clean the stove and refrigerator, but I opted to not have that done. They cleaned all three levels including two bedrooms and 3-l/2 baths. All were done very well and in 1-1/2 hours, although there were corners that could have been done better. All in all, it was a good job and I will call them again.

It was just okay and there were some things that they did not address. They did not clean some small things that I wanted cleaned. My wife was more upset than I was, I was just happy to have it clean. They did not do some of things that we had specifically requested and they were not very thorough. I do not know how much we were supposed to get with the deal, but it did not meet our expectations. There were three people and four bedrooms. I thought that they could have done a better job. I would not use them again.

I was pleased with them. They showed up a little early to start the work. They successfully cleaned a shower that had horrible mildew and there is no trace of any mildew.

Very well. Was pleased with the outcome and when I asked them to go over an area, they did with no problem.

Although we rescheduled the appointment several times before the work was actually performed, the company was very accommodating and did an excellent job. The ladies were very courteous, professional and attentive. We would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them.
