Though, I was disappointed that they did not clean out the refrigerator & stove which is the service I originally purchased.

They were about an hour early. They were professional and asked me specific questions to ensure they were cleaning what I wanted. They did an excellent job!

scheduling was a little difficult, and had to follow up to see when they would actually arrive.as it turned out, the estmate of between 3-5, became 5:15pm.

The cleaning was thorough. I have small children, and the ladies put things that had been left out in bags in order to clean around them. It added to their work but they were cheerful and sweet around my children. (We tried to stay out of their way, but since multiple cleaners were present, we kept bumping into them, so to speak.)Regular cleaning service is not in our budget, but this was a great big deal for me, and I would hire this company again.

This is the second time we have used Real Touch Maids. They did a fantastic job and would definitely use them again. They were on time and went right to work and completed it quickly, but thoroughly. Very professional and nice.

Cleaners arrived with a crew of three 1 hour after than the two hour window I was given had expired. This was unfortunate because I had taken off work to meet them and was there early in case they showed up on time. That being said, the service provided was quite good and would use them again. The only glaring thing they didn't clean was the top of the refrigerator. The ad says they only use a step ladder, but a surface that is only 6 feet off the ground should not be exempt from cleaning.

When I called they used the feeble excuse that their car broke down. Very unprofessional. I wasted 4 hours waiting for them when I had a lot of work to do.

I asked them to focus on the kitchen fridge and oven, and to ignore the carpet. They did not do so, the fridge and oven were still dirty but the carpet looked nice. I wasn't available to be there during the time they were cleaning so I can't make many more comments but I was upset that they didn't follow my directions. They did work with me on my schedule which was nice of them but I only hired them for the work I wanted done, not what they wanted to clean in their allotted time. | |Could potentially use again in the future, though be sure to be present during the job.

They cancelled the first time, because one of the workers was injured on another job. I totally understood, and we rescheduled for later in the week. When they did not show I called, they had me down for the next week, bad timing for me, but what could I do? This was suppose to be a deep cleaning, what a bad joke!! Even basic dusting wasn't done in many places. Oven wasn't touched, as they were packed up and at the door, the lead person ask me if everything was to my satisfaction! I have a three level home they "deep-cleaned" in one hour, there was no way to catch it all!! I had them clean the refrigerator and sent them on their way, spent the next several days continually finding and cleaning things that had not been cleaned!! I am sorry to say this service was quite a disappointment.

They missed the first (Thursday) appointment and rescheduled for late on a Friday afternoon. Communication by email was marked by poor grammar and spelling. The kitchen person scrubbed the paint off my range hood. Corners and baseboards were missed. The work was generally satisfactory and I inquired about long term contract terms. The draft contract that I was sent was replete with errors and I terminated discussion with them. Their lack of business professionalism caused me considerable worry because I was never quite comfortable that I was communicating effectively with them.

Missed lot of small things (too many short cuts) and did not put things back where they found them after they cleaned an area, including throw rugs. It took me 2 days to put things back in the right place. Okay for the price I paid, but will use someone else in the future.

Cleaned and dusted house, complete cleaning of bathrooms and kitchen.

The manager then left and the team (2) immediately started cleaning. They were polite, focused, efficient and did a wonderful job. I would definitely use them again for future needs.

These folks did a wonderful job cleaning my house for a party. Professional, fast, thorough and the scheduling was easy. They came the day before Thanksgiving! I will use them again.

They were courteous. They had to reschedule with us twice because they had overbooked themselves on other jobs. The quote for future cleaning was too high for us so we are just cleaning ourselves.

I bought the Big Deal for a deep house cleaning. I emailed to set up an appointment and got a quick response. The cleaners showed up on time and did a good job.

I've used this service twice now through special deals and am very pleased with their work. This most recent cleaning included oven and refrigerator cleaning, so cost more than the first deal, though in fact I asked them to do only a light cleaning of those since I have a self-cleaning oven and preferred to have more time spent on other areas. Real Touch sets up appointments by e-mail and I've had no trouble getting the dates I want. A couple of hours before my appointment the team manager called to ask if they could move the cleaning to the afternoon and offered me a free cleaning as compensation, which I was happy to accept. The afternoon crew was slightly later than I expected, which wasn't a problem for me. On arrival the team manager consulted with me about what I wanted cleaned, walking around looking at the different areas, and passing that information on to the cleaning crew. I feel they do pay attention to where you want the most effort expended, including special things like cleaning the (very dirty) window sills on the tall windows behind my couch and under furniture and rugs. At the same time they do a very nice job of overall cleaning the areas you would expect like bathrooms and kitchen counters and sinks. A cleaning crew of three spent about an hour and a half cleaning; the manager called my cell phone about 20 minutes before they were done to alert me to return home. I thought the cleaning job was very well done and appreciated such things as their cleaning a stair railing that looked like it needed repainting, but apparently just needed a good scrubbing; very good cleaning inside the microwave, as well as under and behind it (it's very large, so awkward to move). I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Cleaners were on time, professional, and very polite. Overall they did a very good job with cleaning with the exception of the granite countertops, some of which may have been missed. But overall everything else looked great, they even made decorative ends of the toilet paper in the bathrooms. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

After walking through my house with me as we specified which areas to focus on and which to skip, the large team set to work quickly and efficiently. My only complaint was that due to a misunderstanding about arrival time which may have arisen from a change of date, the team arrived an hour earlier than I expected so I wasn't quite ready for them. They were fairly understanding and tried to work around me. Altogether, I thought they focused on their work well and did a nice job.

We paid for the provider to clean our house. I tried scheduling a number of times and provided multiple times I was available for cleaning. The provider responded that she was unable to schedule at any of the times I proposed and counter offered additional dates. I accepted the date/time she offered only to then be told she didn't have that time available either and proposed a new date/time. I accepted and then was told again that it was not available. Overall this was more trouble than it was worth trying to schedule the service! Will not use them in the future! I still have not had them clean my house despite having paid for their service over 6 weeks ago.

Real Touch Maids has been absolutely amazing. They have always been extremely professional at all times. They informed me immediately that something was accidentally broken, offered to pay for a new one, and send in a handyman if needed. The entire crew pitched in when we had a water leak in the basement and helped me unload a storage room. I cannot imagine using anyone else to clean my house!

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fairly well. They were there in the window that they specified they would arrive. They did their work in a couple of ours. They were three of them, so it only took them an hour and a half. They were not perfect they did a fair job, but there were certainly some things that could have been done a little better, especially with regards to dusting. Overall, we were fairly happy with them. It is the first of two; we are having a second one done at the end of the month. We paid the workers an extra $15 each other than the big deal purchase.

It was wonderful! There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They worked very quickly. They didn't try to charge me for anything more than what I had asked for. It was easy to schedule an appointment with them. The guy who set up the appointment for me was very professional, courteous, very nice and polite and the staff was too. So it was a very good experience! They did great in everything. Actually, I'm currently using them on a regular basis.
