Great work. I would use them again.

Real Touch Maids did an outstanding job. Due to challenges with my own schedule, I provided them with a lockbox combination so that they could clean while we were out with all scheduling and coordination conducted via email. Our kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms were sparking clean, the refrigerator and oven were both spotless (which was an unexpected surprise), all of the rooms of the house were dusted and vacuumed, and the sheets on the beds were changed. I was very impressed with the service we received, especially given that I was totally operating on the honor system not being home at the time of the cleaning. Thanks for a job well done, and I look forward to using Real Touch again in the future when we need deep cleaning before visitors or parties.

They did a great job. They were on time and did a great job cleaning.

I have tried to schedule several times and no one called me back. Then in March I called them again and they were not willing to work with me on time slots. I finally scheduled an appointment and they no showed and changed the time at the last minute and I could not wait around for them all day.

I initially had problems getting scheduled but once they arrived they did a great job and worked very quickly.

We've been using Real Touch for about 9 months and I pleased each and every time! They are great!

I had tried to schedule a few times and they couldn't fulfill the deal. They had told me they sold too many deals.

It was ok. They were not an A material, but I would give them a B all around. Nothing really stood out.

We have used several service providers on Angie's List and this is by far the best. The staff arrived on time and really "deep" cleaned my house. We felt the house looked and smelled different. We are definitely going to use them again

The service was good, and I'll probably try this company again. Only complaint is that they missed the first appointment because it was made through Angie's List and not their usual booking service.

These folks were amazing! We moved into a new house and had to leave our apartment spic-and-span and we called Real Touch because we didn't have time (or energy) to do the cleaning ourselves. They did beautiful work and we could not believe how good our old place looked. Everything was like-new, spotlessly clean, and they were fast and professional. It was a huge relief during a stressful move to not have to worry about it.

They were really good. I would actually consider using them again for a regular service. We are actually renovating our house so we are unable to use something like that again anytime soon. They did a pretty good job. For a one time service, they did great. Their efficiency and speed stood out. They did a very thorough cleaning in a reasonable amount of time. It was a big deal purchase. There was no extra charge.

They were great, very professional and clean. They left my house smelling the way I wanted it to.

They emailed and said they will not be able to meet my time frame. They called and wanted to come out, there was a bit of a language barrier.

The three people came that day were a bit late. But they got started right away. Afterward, I had to ask them to vacuum in places they missed. They happily did that, but I would have liked them to be more thorough. Overall though, they did a good job cleaning my house, the bathrooms especially.

They were on time and they were super fast... So super fast though that some things were missed. (1toilet was half cleaned, ceiling fan wasn't cleaned, they didn't dust very well) it was clean enough for our party and for the price but I wouldn't pay more.

I was very pleased with the cleaning of the oven and the laminate floor.

Very poor quality cleaning: Dusting superficial, no furniture polishing, no vacuuming under beds, tv not working after worker touched wiring, refrigerator bin broken, oven sprayed inside but not cleaned - left with grey film on sides. Very disappointed

They Contacted me after four days of purchasing the deal, when I received the email they were wanting to schedule for 01/02/2015, I immediately responded back asking for the window time frame for that date. It took the company another five days to respond back with a time, by that time I had already found another company.

It was good. They were prompt. They came on time and they did a pretty good job. They were pretty thorough. It was beautiful. I didn't ended up more than the big deal I purchased.
