Real Touch Maids

Arrived late, did an OK job. Seemed rushed.

When appointment time came and went, I called and was informed they were running behind at other location. They did come to my house more than three hours after scheduled time and offered me a free cleaning if I would reschedule. Definitely took them up on their offer. Two crews came and cleaned my house efficiently. Came back two weeks ago with one crew and did a wonderful job cleaning again. Definitely recommend!

It was great! There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They were timely and very quick.

The supervisor of the team told me I had less of a deal than I bought, so I had to show her. They did a crappy job. Cobwebs everywhere, switch plates, bathroom floors either untouched or not clean. I contacted the office and they were very polite and sounded concerned. I was impressed with that. They sent out another crew to "re-do" the areas I'd pointed out. I have no idea what they did because all the areas I'd mentioned were still dirty/untouched. I followed up again, sending pictures of the areas STILL dirty but never heard back.

Did an excellent job. No complaints. Everything sparkling.

It was good. It was quick and efficient. It was nothing fantastic but they certainly did the job and I thought they were worth the money. They came out when we asked them to. I would use them again but that depends on the price.

Communication and punctuality was fine. What they cleaned was fine. Upon further inspection, after they had left, I noticed many areas they missed or skipped. For that reason I would not use them again. I don't feel I should have to babysit cleaners to do the basics, especially when they didn't need to navigate furniture or "things."

This is my 2nd time using Real Touch Maids, and just like last time, I think they did a fantastic job. I really appreciate that they could do it on the day that I'm off with short notice. They arrived on time and went to work right away. Almost 2 hours later, my house smelled fresh and clean. There were some spots that I pointed out as they were finishing up cleaning, but they fixed them right away. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had to postpone more than once due to weather. Team showed up after the window of time I was given. Once here, did an outstanding job. Very happy with results.

The service was acceptable. I just paid the rate of the big deal. If you want a general light cleaning, they are good. They do that just fine. I won't be using them in the future as I moved out of state.

During the cleaning, one of the cleaners wiped chemicals across the top of a cedar chest, leaving a large stain. I reported it to Wendy that day and she sent the cleaning crew out the next week to see the stain. They confirmed the damage via pictures. Wendy and I agreed that I would get quotations to repair the damage and the company would pay. I sent the quotation to her and have never heard from her again. The cedar chest had to be refinished at a cost of $795. I have emailed, phoned, and even sent a certified letter, which was not delivered. There were no responses to any of my attempts to contact her.

It worked out very well. I wasn't home at that time but when I came home, they had done everything I expected they would do. It was very nicely done. With what they did, their price was very much in line with other cleaning services are charging.

They did a good job, but they left a little early. I remember that I left for about an hour and a half. When I came back, they were both gone. However, while they were there, they did a great job.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and actually have purchased several Big Deals from them. They have been great and do a good job. Sometimes they are a little late, but that is not a big deal for me. They have always been very responsive when I have called or emailed. My house looks and smells great and I have two dogs so it is harder. They work around my dogs with no problems.

They were great! Extremely thorough and respectful. Looking to hire them for a weekly service after yesterday's first cleaning.

They came with a crew of 3 and cleaned the house very well. The stove and refrigerator look great and the showers were spotless.

Full house deep cleaning, including two appliances. The two women did an outstanding job - the floors and refridgerator never looked so good! They were punctual, even calling that morning to confirm arrival time.

They did a great job, very good work. Better English skills would be nice.

They did not vacuum well and we mostly have hard wood floors. I suspect it was the vacuum itself. The shower wasn't cleaned as well as previous companies we've used. They left a dirty rag on the bathroom floor. It was an average job but it was supposed to be "detailed". I do need to note that I had bought one as a gift also and she said they did a good job on her house.

Multiple maids came and cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, living room and great room. They did a very nice job. The cleaning products used were not overpowering like other maid services I have used. They were able to provide service on short notice. It was a nice experience.

Real Touch Maids was very responsive and punctual; For the most part they did a good job in the kitchen and bedrooms; the floors looked great, but they rushed on dusting leaving many pieces of furniture partially dusted. They also left some residual red cleaner on a couple of the toilets that did not look to appealing. While they lacked attention to detail in some areas, I would probably give Real Touch Maids another opportunity to clean my house to see if they could make it right in the future.
