They did a pretty good job. They were able to speak English and they met my expectations. One of the cleaners could have used her time more effectively. The price was good.

They did a good job. There were several things I had to ask them to redo, and they were very kind about that. A team of 3 girls and their supervisor was in and out during the 3 hours it took them to do it. The only one who spoke English was the supervisor so if/when I had concerns I had to wait for him to come back. The house looked great when they left.

They started off strong but fell out of contact after several attempts to reschedule! The snow storms prevented delivery of service initially, but they didn't respond to my attempts to reschedule service once the weather improved. Still waiting for service!!!

Very good experience! Prompt communication via email to schedule appointment. Cleaning crew arrived on time and did very thorough job. Did particularly careful job dusting and organizing fairly cluttered areas. Very thorough vacuuming, including stairs. I am very pleased overall.

Was and quot;average.and quot; Cost was an Angie's List deal, so felt I couldn't pass it up. I believe $79.00 plus tip. Was surface only cleaning. Nothing spectacular at all. I regularly have had my home/TH/now condo professionally cleaned. This was and quot;average.and quot; I was disappointed that it was only surface cleaned. I had to go after they left to deep clean and return things to their original location. (Why can't cleaners leave things as they found them - location wise?) I would not use them again. Will pay full, non discounted price for and quot;Aand quot; rated company who will deep clean, speaks English, and won't rearrange my items. (The date is approx. It was May-July of 2013. Just forgot exact date.)

The cleaning crew was very punctual and went right to work. They were very thorough and did an amazing job. My house sparkled when they were done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality cleaning service. Their office staff was also very accommodating when scheduling my appointment.

Overall, the experience was poor. The first unprofessional issue was that the provider canceled my service date without any notice or communications beforehand. When I contacted them through Angie's List messaging two hours after the scheduled arrival time, they told me that they canceled the appointment due to the weather. I guess this could be reasonable if safety is an issue, however, with absolutely no notice or communication beforehand, I found that unacceptable and unprofessional, and this is the basis for the low mark on the Punctuality Rating. On the rescheduled date, the crew did arrive when promised, so I didn't give this service provider an F rating for Punctuality. The second unprofessional issue was that the provider actually dropped one of our small ceramic items displayed on our fireplace mantle while my wife watched this happen. This caused the piece to break and the person/crew did not mention this occurrence to us. Since they didn't put the items properly back onto the fireplace mantle, we had to re-position the items, which is when we discovered the actual breakage. The third unprofessional issue is that they didn't do all the minimum work stated on the Big Deal that was supposed to be done. They didn't clean any of the light switches in any of the spaces they cleaned. This is unacceptable. They were so rushing to leave that I didn't feel I had time to inspect everything before they were to leave. They pressured me for my signature so that they could leave. Some other areas and surfaces also had to be either re-cleaned or given attention before I would sign for them to leave. On the bright side, at least the crew remained courteous at all times. We felt that the cleaning crew was trying to leave as quickly as possible, instead of trying to make a favorable impression on us. This was really a job interview for them to be our regular cleaners, and we must say that this provider miserably failed to win our future business.

They sent out four people, three women and a man. They were at my home for about an hour and a half. They cleaned the house and the fridge. I asked them to not clean the oven. They did very well. They were very flexible with scheduling around our needs.

Overall it was A quality work. I've seen offers for $99, not sure if it's the same quality. I don't think they did the fridge or oven though, not sure. The most impressive work was that they got the grime off the floor of the shower. Thinking about hiring them on a monthly basis. Other than that.

four ladies came in and cleaned my townhouse. Took them about an hour.

It worked out fine. They were great. They showed up when they said they would.

It was a freezing rainy day and they got stuck on beltway in traffic but called to let me know status. Arrived and did a walk through of the house. I pointed out my areas of most concern that I never seem to get to, baseboards, wood along top of 2 level foyer, all 3 1/2 baths,. Did not need inside of fridge or oven cleaned. They did everything.... I did not mention the carpet but they got that really clean. All surfaces, including nick nacks, ALL mirrors in the house including a basement gym with floor to ceiling mirrors all the way around the room. Bathrooms spotless, kitchen spotless. hardwood and laminate floors spotless! Super pleased!!!

They did a pretty decent job, but I did have to ask them to return and go over some areas that they missed. Aside from this, they were flexible with regards to the tasks that they would do, it was easy to schedule the service, and they arrived on time.

They arrived approximately an hour early which caused some scheduling difficulties, and they sent a 4-peson crew to clean for just one hour instead of sending 1 person to clean for 4 hours. However, they completed all of the tasks that I had for them, were very thorough, and did a good job in general. I was very impressed that they cleaned a full load of dishes, pots, and pans too.

Everything went well. It was easy to schedule, the 4-person crew showed on time, and the house was cleaned thoroughly. They did so well in fact that we hired them for continued cleaning service.

I decided to hire this company because according to the information available in Angies' list web site, they are a and quot;green/environmentally friendlyand quot; cleaning company. After a long back and forth of email exchanges, I found out that the only and quot;green productand quot; they use is and quot;vinagerand quot; to clean the floors. They use and quot;ZEP mildew and mold removed ZEP, Windex, Fabuloso to mop the bathrooms floors, and comet powderand quot;. NONE OF THESE ARE GREEN PRODUCTS. We agreed that I will provide the cleaning products (Seven Generation, Meyer's cleaner, etc). They came on a Friday at 8:30 AM and did a decent job. After that we agreed on a biweekly service. Before leaving, the three ladies that cleaned thanked me for the and quot;green productsand quot; I bought, because it did not have the strong smell of the products they usually use. Three days before the second cleaning (and after buying the types of sponges and cleaning rags they requested), I got the following email from the manager (Wendy Lopez): and quot;hi good evening ms gonzales I'm want to let you know we do not going to continue clean you apartment thanks for the opportunity you give to us ,thanks.and quot; I requested an explanation, but as of today she has not replied to my email. I called their office and this was the answer I got from the gentleman who answered: and quot;starting at 8:30 AM does not work for us and working with green products takes longerand quot;. I feel that the information provided in Angie's list was inaccurate and represents false advertisement. If a cleaning company advertises themselves as being green, at the bare minimum they should use green products. Angie's list should be more careful and stricter in its selection process.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went really well. They did a great job and my wife said she liked them. They did a thorough cleaning job.
