However, like many cleaning crews I have used in the past they seem not to know the benefits of bleach. I had to go over one of the bathrooms because the grout had not been bleached.

They generally did a good job and the toaster oven hasn't been this clean since it was new. I have a couple of fairly delicate Turkish rugs that I asked that they not vacuum directly but to use the vacuum upholstery brush. I don't know if they forgot or didn't understand but I saw them use the vacuum cleaner on one. If I have them back, I will have to move the rugs before they arrive.

The service was fair, I wouldn't do it again. Setting up, getting it done, and there were 5 people here for one hour. I can't complain, but I wouldn't do it again.

It was a big deal purchase and our experience with them was fine. We did not pay anything extra than the big deal price. We have used them before and they are always super nice. They are punctual and we would recommend them.

The service was fine. But, I'm not sure that we'd use them again. They just cleaned the outside of the appliances. They didn't clean the inside of the microwave and stuff. It was a standard housecleaning. There wasn't anything special about it. The price wasn't terribly expensive. It was kind of in the range of what people give. I would consider using them again. I'm not saying they would be the first one I'd call.

It went great. I will consider getting them again. They did an amazing and wonderful job. I think five people came to do the cleaning. They thoroughly cleaned my house. I was beyond pleased. I was pleased to the point where I will call and use them again. I was very comfortable with them. The only little downside was most the people did not speak English so there was a little communication barrier which is not uncommon and it is not a problem. Any questions I had were quickly resolved and I was very happy with them.

Maybe I expected too much. I think I keep a reasonably neat and tidy house that I clean regularly but superficially. I was attracted to the Real Touch Maids deal because it advertised DEEP cleaning. I was expecting that extra sparkle that separates the cleaning professionals from cleaning novices like me. I even reduced the number of rooms to clean so that the team would have time to do a good job on the rooms listed above. The team of 3 arrived on time and stayed for close to 1 1/2 hours. One young man did a good job of washing the kitchen floor and cleaning the stovetop. Things that were supposed to be included (like wiping down the inside of the oven door) were skipped. Nevertheless, he seemed very nice so i guess that counts for something. Two young ladies did some vacuuming and dusting although after they left I discovered that trays and trinkets in the living room were undusted and my husband pointed out that leaves from house plants remained on the floor just where they were when the team arrived. Before leaving, the team asked me to sign a paper saying that I was 100 percent satisfied. I crossed that out and wrote 75% instead. Overall I would give the work a C minus. A D seems a little too harsh. Conclusion: I still don't know the difference between their DEEP clean and my superficial clean. At the end of this day, the two results look pretty much alike.

My experience was fine. They seemed to be a little unclear on what the deal entailed and what they were suppose to do. I had to remind them to do the baseboards and polish. They did not clean my kitchen counter tops. There were three cleaners here doing the work and it took them about an hour and a half, I felt the job was really quick.

Cleaning: bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, and cabinets = A Windows = A Vacuuming: dining room, living room, stairs = A Ceiling Fans = A Trash = A Mopping: kitchen and bathroom floors = D damp mopped with a microfiber cloth that removed only dust and did not really clean, especially in the kitchen. Dusting = F Main floor was done fairly well (B) on which I was present, but the family room and bedroom levels were not. Pictures and moldings were overlooked. Cobweb remediation = F It was only completed in the rooms in which I was present while being cleaned; ergo, the family room and bedroom levels were not. There were a number of things I told them they did not have to do, such as making the bed and polishing the dining table. Of note, they did not come prepared with a step stool, so they used our dog's feeder stand (which is a tiny stool really intended for small children in the bathroom. Therefore, cleaning that needed to be done over their reach was not done or done well, The women were nice, but were not able to communicate well enough to understand some basic instructions I provided, i.e., in one bathroom I did not want the tub/tile cleaned...they cleaned the tub/tile, but not the rest of the bathroom. I did not expect perfection and would have been willing to work with them on the areas in which they fell short of reasonable expectations; however, I was turned off by their work ethic. The fact that the workers had to be monitored in order for them to do the job for which they were hired and paid tells me I cannot leave them alone to do as expected...no trust. I received the value of the coupon, but not the value of the deal offered.

They arrived when they said they would and had no trouble with our dog - they even let him outside to go potty. The house was sparkling when they were done, and the price was low. We've since agreed to have them come every week - they do great work.

That turned really well. A couple of housecleaners came out and they were here for a couple of hours. They did a basic deep housecleaning as well as cleaned the oven and fridge too. They also brought they own cleaning supplies. We actually hired them to come clean our home every two weeks.

They did such a nice job, I have them set to clean every 2 weeks. Fair price. Good job.

Real Touch Maids were very responsive. They were professional. They were on time and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anybody. The price was exactly what they quoted. The value of the work compared to the price was spot on.

I like that they do all the stuff at once and a little extra each time. I'm very happy with them.

They were supposed to arrived between 10 and 11 a.m, instead they arrived at 8:45 a.m. Normally, this is a good thing, but in this case, it through my whole day off. They really should have called in advance to ask if they couild come this early. They did a good job cleaning my home. No complaints.

aI had originally used them with a Angie's List deal..for a Deep Cleaning. They did a very through job of cleaning...my house such as the kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, dining room, living room..and in the kitchen they cleaned the stove and fridge, which is in the DEEP cleaning, which is normally about 20.00 more but well worth it. So I have started to use them two times a month. On my second time hiring them...I was off by a day, they made accommodations to fit me in on an earlier day.

DO NOT USE IF YOU EXPECT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME TO BE KEPT. I originally purchased a deal to use Real Touch's services. Their service was fine and the guy that came along with the crew asked if I was satisfied and would I want to use them on a regular basis. After deciding that I would use them on a regular basis, it became extremely difficult to get them to come and do the service. They were always late, or so late that I had to cancel them. Their follow up stinks and they don't seem that concerned with keeping repeat customers happy. After the last few lateness/no shows, I asked why they didn't show up on the rescheduled date. They had an excuse about it being a difficult day because of the weather. Truth of the matter is, every excuse is that something's difficult. Either the previous house was too dirty or something. They clearly are unorganized and cant keep up with the work and yet I keep seeing them offering deals on the likes of Angie's list or Living Social. I'm looking for someone who is reliable and interested in keeping a schedule for a recurring client. This is clearly not the group for that.

Real Touch was a pleasure. I ordered the big deal about 4 months ago and after an evaluation of my home, which was still in the midst of unpacking, they advised that I wait. It was a great suggestion. Great work. My house smelled so fresh and clean without a chemical smell. I would definitely recommend others give them a try!
