Provider did a great job on all 3 floors of my home; very happy with them overall.

I sent an inquiry before purchasing as I wanted to get my house cleaned the same week. Received a phone all within about 15 minutes of the inquiry. Harry confirmed that they could do it, but it would be in the late afternoon, and told me to purchase the deal and then email him. I did this. He wrote back to confirm time, and even was able to make it closer to earlier side of 2 hour window than later (wanted to have work completed before my husband and children got home). Three ladies showed up to do the work. Took them about an hour and a half to do my house (4br/3.5 bath), approx 2400sf. Quality seems good - definitely meets our standards for what I was looking for. They did normal cleaning, plus baseboards (I did not have them do the refrigerator or oven). (I have spot checked baseboards and they were wiped down). Overall, quality experience and would use them again.

Real touch did a good job with the whole house cleaning deal I bought thru Angies List. They sent 4 cleaners that worked for 3 hours to clean our 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. We have two toddlers and a pet and they did a thorough job with almost all areas. During the post clean walk through, we had them re-mop a couple of floor areas but overall had a pretty good experience. We then scheduled them to clean the house every 2 weeks since then. Its been a couple of months since they started with us and so far so good. We plan on having them continue our house cleaning going forward.

Did great job on my desire to do floors, bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, et cetera. Crew was fast, friendly, and thorough.

Great. It was a three-person team, and also their leader who helped me fix my ceiling fan.

They came on time, were courteous, and professional. They dusted all baseboards, moved furniture to clean under and behind. Everything was spotless. My house is larger than 2500 sq feet so I just asked them to do the main level and two bathrooms upstairs, but they also did the 4 bedrooms and didn't charge me extra. I also have lots of wooden blinds on my windows. They dusted them as well as all window sills. Very happy with the service!!

They were very responsive, mostly via the Angie's List Message board. I had a 2:00 appt but the cleaning guy called me at 1:30 to inform me that he couldn't come due to a car accident. I decided not to reschedule.

I had a great experience with this company. They were very thorough. I was completely satisfied with the quality of workmanship. I plan to use them again.

I had a big deal purchase of $149 for a whole house deep cleaning. It went really well. It was very high quality for a very low price. We moved out and sold the house and so it was the final deep cleaning and they did a really good job.

It was okay. They came and did the cleaning and I was at the house at that time and everything looks okay. It just that I had to go back and asked them about the few areas and I don't think they were pleased that they did that. I had to ask them about the cleaning of the tub again.

They did a great job and only took two hours.

It went very well. We had to change the service date and Real Touch was very accomodating. On the day of service the crew was punctual and very hard working. My wife had tem do a few extra cleaning tasks, for a nominal charge. Bottom line, my wife is thrilled......that means I am too. We've even hired them to come back on a bi-weekly basis.

They were fine. They missed a spot behind the commode but other than that they did a good job. They were at the home between 2-3 hrs.

We purchased a deal through Angie's list for a deep cleaning and were very impressed by the service. We're going to try the provider again, and hope that the follow-up cleanings are similarly thorough.

They were fine. Everything we asked them to do, it was something extra. Their price was high. The work was fine. They were friendly and businesslike. I would recommend them because I was satisfied with the way they did the work. Would I use them again? Maybe.

I was extremely pleased with Real Touch Maids. I have purchased other Big Deal House cleanings in the past. While it is always a nice treat to have someone come in and do all of the cleaning, I have never been really impressed with the level of cleaning. I have never once considered having a full time maid service when I am completely capable of doing the same. Real Maids service made me re-think this presumption. They did such a thorough job, in ways that I never do, or at least that I don't do more than once a year (deep cleaning oven, burners, fridge, etc) that I am wondering if it isn't worth it to employ them monthly. When they do a better job than me, and do it what would take me all weekend (it took them less than 3 hours, but I think they brought 4 women) it might be worth the money to have my weekends back since I work full-time. I was very impressed. They showed up early, worked hard the whole time, and had me check their work before they left. I would highly recommend them.

These ladies did a great job. I was able to schedule my cleaning easily by email, and they were able to come on the date I requested within the same week. There was a crew of 4 or 5 and they got to work fast and did a wonderful job. Our appliances were sparkling and there was no dust to be seen. I would definitely use them again!

I booked Real Touch to have my apartment cleaned and was very impressed by the results. The team did a very thorough job and their work was top-notch quality. The provider was very prompt by arriving on time as well. I was given a window between 1-4pm but received a call at 1:15 letting me know they were on the way. I'm usually a and quot;do-it-your-selfand quot; person when regards to cleaning, but will definitely be using Real Touch more often for their services. I highly recommend for everyone to give them a call

I have used Real Touch several times in the past. I have never been disappointed with the quality of work. The ladies work hard and they do a very good job. My only real complaint is that they had to reschedule on me twice on the day services were to be completed. Fortunately, I wasn't expecting company or planning a big party or anything that would have caused me a major problem. I would like to contract with them for regular cleanings but I hesitate because of the unreliability. Other than the reliability issue, I highly recommend this company as they provide quality service!

I rated this company as and quot;Aand quot; for all completed services. The company arrived on time and did a good job. This was an advertised special and met all my expectations.

Maids were on time and very courteous. Service was excellent the cleaned the house to mu wife satisfaction.

Overall they did a good job. There was an issue where the scheduled crew couldn't come at the original time (car trouble), but I was contacted about scheduling options and they were able to come with a different crew later in the day (and arrived at the time they said). They were very quick with the cleaning (I was surprised when they were done after an hour or so) and after I did an inspection of their work it looked (and smelled) clean. We noticed later that some dusting in out of the way spots had been missed so that was why I marked the quality down a bit.

I wouldn't call the service I received a and quot;deep cleanand quot;. They did clean the house and did a good job. I had to remind them to do the glass doors as those were overlooked. One of the benefits of the service was cleaning/wiping out the fridge. Only the front half of the shelves were done. I also noticed some areas on the hardwood floors where there seems to be chunks of dirt - I think from their shoes as they wore them during the cleaning. And when I think of deep cleaning, I think baseboards, etc. They did do the ceiling fans (with the exception of the one in the living room), and they did a great job on the oven. I would use them again, but would expect a and quot;regularand quot; rate that was less.

I had to change the date and they were very responsive. They showed up early, but the cleaning was sub standard. My 16 year old could have and has done a much better job.
