mediocre cleaning. came back to find the place the same as I left it.

Arrived right on time and got right to work. The cleaned for approx three hours and the place looked great. There are some spots that were missed but overall they did a much better job than I would have done myself. Email response took a little long..this day and age I have grown to expect replies back in a few hours not the next day.

I was not home when the cleaners were at work, my mother was. She was very happy with them. She usually doesn't like having cleaners in the house but she liked them and thought they were professional. Everyone in the house was favorably impressed with the final product. We will be hiring them to clean our house twice monthly; I guess there can't be any higher recommendation than that.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went pretty well. What stood out the most was their punctuality and that they brought enough people to do the job. When they left I had something that was broken and they did not let me know they had broken it. I heard something knocked down in my bathroom and I just thought they should have been able to tell me that they broke something. They left the pieces for me to see and I found it out way later in the day. I went in and asked if everything was okay and they said yes.

Needed to reschedule due to a crew member injury, called on-time which we appreciate. Rescheduled appointment they showed up timely and did a nice job cleaning. There was a light bulb broken in a bathroom which was just left hanging from the socket. Not a big deal, just wish they would have let us know vs. finding it shortly after they left.

It went well, they were pretty fast and since there were three of them they did not have to stay four hours, of course, but, again, it was a little bit of a rush job and although it was a good cleaning, and they did blinds, window sills and the ceiling fan, and made the bed with the linens I had washed, I wouldn't cal it a and quot;deepand quot; cleaning. I wouldn't say anything was cleaned any further, or past, a general cleaning. The price for this and quot;Big Dealand quot; was fair, but the reason I would not use them again is the cleaning that was done is not worth paying twice the price, which is I believe what they would charge normally.

It went very well. The maids are efficient, friendly, professional, and we couldn't ask for more. It was easy to schedule and they were literally in and out of the house, much faster than anticipated.

Overall, this was a great purchase - the team was on time, very thorough and knocked this out a lot sooner than expected. I would use this company again.

The women did not speak English, but the man gave them adequate information to do their work, before he left. Some of the work (stovetop, refrigerator) results exceeded my expectations. The women each took a different part of the condo, and did a good job. The bathrooms were sanitized, the dusting was done, the floors and countertops were cleaned, the vacuuming was good. One thing that amazed me was that they polished and cleaned my glass top stove to look like new. The stove top, I thought, had been permanently damaged with burnt materials and scratches. But the young lady did an amazing job of restoring it to and quot;like newand quot;. I was disappointed they did not dust the ceiling fan blades (they were thick with dust) and will remember to ask for that service if I have them back. While it did not seem like a DEEP or INTENSIVE cleaning, it was a good regular cleaning. After months of my own poor attempts at housekeeping, it was so nice to once again have my condo whipped back into shape!

They are very good, very nice. Refrigerator looked great. Dusting didn't seem complete. One slat on the microblinds was bent.

The team of 3 arrived on time. The lead listened carefully and relayed the information in Spanish to the remaining 2 workers. The team went right to work and started the job. I really appreciated the fact that the team leader asked if it would be all right to use the carpet fresh and furniture polish. With so many different types of surfaces in the home, it was very professional of them to take into account the fact that some client may not want particular products used on their surfaces. As stated in the Big Deal, they did have their own cleaning products, waste bags, towels, mops and three vacuums. The ladies worked diligently with no idle time, continual phone calls or chatter sessions. The work was complete within 2 hours and the house really did look very nice. The ladies were very pleasant and conscientious. The only thing I found -- after they had left -- was that the baseboards had not been dusted in the hallways. This was not a super huge issue for me, but it would have made the job completely perfect. As a matter of fact, it is possible that the Big Deal may not have included baseboards . . . Glad I gave the big Deal a try. Was so happy to have everything cleaned and looking nice.

Showed up on time. Did a good job but not very detailed. Corners and baseboards overlooked. Missed an entire room did not clean laundry room floor. Did not clean bathroom floors well. Poor job sweeping and picking up trash.

They were okay. I bought their Big Deal; there were no additional fees.

They never did the corners in the kitchen and other rooms, all the dust was still there - had to show them again to clean. Not very professional in cleaning.

There were three of them that came in for a couple of hours and cleaned the house top to bottom. The cleaning turned out great. They did a good job. The bathrooms look great so did the countertops and floors. The only thing was there was only one person who spoke a little bit of English. Sometimes, it is a little hard to communicate. The manager came in the beginning, asked me a bunch of questions, and then showed back up about an hour later which was fine, but it would have been nice to have somebody who kind of understood English a little bit better there the whole time. I would recommend their services to a family member or a friend. I did not spend more than the Big Deal. That was the first time I ever had that done. They did what they were supposed to do. Within the next 24-hours, they had scheduled the appointment with me and they showed up on time.

They did a really great job and I have used them 2 times now. Three cleaners came out and they showed up close to the time they said they would. They were very thorough with their cleaning, but not go overboard and honing in on one task. They did everything that I asked them to clean. I had them clean the floors, bathrooms and the refrigerator. They brought their own cleaning supplies.

The house was cleaned perfectly and the oven looked brand new. I will definitely use this service again.

The staff showed up on time, cleaned the entire house and it only took a few hours, the house has not been this clean since we first moved in, would definitely recommend to someone else.

Scheduling an appointment was a ridiculously convoluted process. I never would have followed through if I hadn't already purchased the Angie's Coupon. First, I emailed to set up the appointment. I never heard back. So, I called. The first time a totally unprofessional person answered and told me nothing was available for the date I needed. So, I called back a few weeks later to make a later appointment. On the phone, I was told that I had to email (the same email address I wrote the first time) with the date I wanted service and my Angie's coupon number. I followed those directions. On the response back, I was given a time two weeks earlier than what I requested. I replied that no, in fact two weeks earlier is not what I wanted, and referred to my original email with two alternate time. Eventually we set up the appointment. The day of the appointment, there was a window of 8 and 9 for arrival. Around 8:30 I got a phone call saying the crew had car trouble and wouldn't be able to get another crew to me until around 1:00pm. I said that wasn't great as I had planned my whole day around the morning time, and got no response other than, well we can either do this afternoon or reschedule. Around 1:15 the crew showed up, they did an adequate job in the actual cleaning, but by this point I pretty much just wanted them to be done and out of my house. There was a good amount of dog hair that was not vacuumed up - otherwise the cleaning itself was fine. I will NOT be using Real Time Maids again - there are plenty of other cleaning services I have used who are much easier to work with and do a better job cleaning.

They complained a lot about everything we asked them to clean, and then decided they don't want to clean anything and then left. They were quite rude. And behaved as if they were doing us a favor by cleaning our home.

Pretty good results. Ladies took their time to remove items off shelves, wipe under and return and organize. Only negative was the punctuality. We were given a one hour window and they didn't show up until about 25 minutes after the window. They did call to let us know they were running behind.

Arrived punctually. Three employees - very pleasant, friendly and efficient, well organised and extremely hard working. Some small communication problems ( 2 seemed to speak very little english ). Example - I requested no products be used on wooden furniture (dry dust only), but it was obvious that something had been used in many places. Everything looked wonderful when they finished ( my appliances hadn't looked that sparkling since move in date.) Later noticed that the tile floor in one room had not been mopped, 2 pieces of furniture had not been dusted, water left on floor in kitchen, a couple of other small things. I think perhaps that a deep clean was too much work for the amount of time allotted (or perhaps the size limit advertised), but I would certainly use this company again for a regular cleaning. My rating would be a B+ if it were possible

They did an excellent job! They were about 45 minutes late in arriving, but they did call to let me know. I did not have them clean the inside of the refrigerator, but they cleaned everything! Even moved furniture to get all the cat fur underneath. Everything was sparkling and shining and I immediately bought another deal with them. I thought they were a little pricey, but they did a much better job than my previous cleaning crew who were a little cheaper, so I guess I get what I pay for.
