I did not read the fine print, which stated Real Touch does not clean the interior of appliances. Secondly, Real Touch could not schedule an appointment until August. Most disappointing, the owner of Real Touch sent me a churlish, dunderheaded e-mail lecturing me for not reading his website's fine print. Fortunately, I live in an area that is replete with house cleaning businesses that are more professional, courteous and understanding than Real Touch.

Provider was prompt, polite, professional and thorough. Did everything I requested satisfactorily.

The team arrived and did a very good job with all cleaning. The ladies were very nice, efficient and did a wonderful job on the appliance cleaning. In future I would specify cleaning of the window blinds, getting rid of cobwebs, etc., but I am happy with their work.

They did a great job. They were on time and did a great job cleaning.

That Big Deal worked out so well they now come for me 2 times a month. They come in and it takes about an hour. They are thorough and they take care of anything else if I ask them to.

Was not impressed at all. Hardwood floors were not mopped or waxed; counters were stained and door front panels were still dirty. Will not consult with again.

The work was very well done; they did a wonderful job especially with the cleaning of the appliances. They dusted and wet mopped the hardwood floors, cleaned the counters, dishes in kitchen; made the beds, and cleaned the bathrooms. The ladies were very efficient, professional. I wish they had done a better job of cleaning the floors in the family room; they neglected to clean under the furniture. They also neglected to clean the custom wooden window blinds in the kitchen and family rooms.

A++ Loved it- I've had other cleaning services but this one was the most through and I was SOO happy when I came home! There were rust stains in sink that last cleaning company couldn't get out. Not sure what Real Touch did, but they got rid of them! Not a speck of dust anywhere. Confession- I am a bit OCD and pretty uptight about the cleanliness of my house and if I give them an A++ that's a big deal. Have already talked to them about setting up a regular cleaning schedule- very, very pleased!

Company came out and said it was a different type of cleaning and refused to clean.

I decided to give Real Touch Maids a chance; two ladies arrived June 27th at 1:30 PM they were finished at 3:00PM. This deal was not worth $139.00. This company is spreading itself very thin. They have several ads on Living Social as well as new deals on Angie's List. All cheaper than this deal. The owner comes for 10 minutes to look over the job ask you if you really want them to do something on his advertisement hoping you really say no. I have hired many house cleaning companies and this is the first time I walked into my home and couldn't really smell a clean house. They barley move things to clean and they don't know what trash is. I manage an apartment building I would love to show the owner of Real Touch what cleaning looks like. The final straw was when they ruined a piece of furniture and when I brought the issue to them they ranted at me in broken english and quit. If you feel like having everything a company does wrong be YOUR problem, crave being ranted at in broken english, called a liar, and called abusiveand quot; for bringing major issues to your contractors attention go with Real Touch. Otherwise keep looking. Angie's list is still offering Big Deals with them and should stop. The crew of three did an excellent job. They were delayed a day due to heavy traffic in the DC area (they called and rescheduled).

Great job. quick workers. very nice job.

It did not go well. They were on time, but they did not do a good job. We asked them to do certain tasks, such as the baseboard, they did one room and not others. They tried to get done as quickly as possible.

Ladies arrived right on time. Each took a room and did a great job cleaning. I would definitely use them again.

They were easy to work and communicate with. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned the house. I used the Big Deal and asked for a quote for monthly service which was about $50 more than the Big Deal coupon. I was not terribly impressed with the Deep cleaningand quot; but they did not do a bad job. I would use them again.

Why call it a deep cleanning? I do not like to feel like a fool... It was a normal basic cleanning. No deal in that deal. I really hate to be taken for a foul...

What a great job...I was a hero to my wife. The cleaning team arrived right on time and immediately went to work. They did a great job!!!! So good in fact, I hired them to come back ever two weeks. Thank you Angie's List!!!!

I was pleased with my experience with Real Touch Maids. They did a thorough job, especially on a stubborn shower and our oven. They also accommodated my last minute schedule change.

So the service was decent but inconsistent. The cleaning in the kitchen was not to my satisfaction, but i didnt notice until about a week later that only 1/2 of my oven had been attempted to be cleaned (its a double oven and they didnt get to half of it) and there was still debris in the corner next to the refridgerator and so there was no evidence that they even tried to clean under it or next to it. The bathroom work was probably the best, but the house didn't really smell and quot;cleanand quot; like i would expect after a deep clean. I would recommend this service only if price is not an object and you want service to be in and out in an hour. Personally, I have found deals where I can get about the same amount and quality of work for about half of the price, but it is with two house cleaners for two hours each instead four cleaners for 1 hour. I wasn't offended by the job, but I definitely could tell it was about hitting as many houses as possible, and not as much concern about the quality of the job. The service was very honest and I would trust them to come back definitely. I would just be very clear about everything that needs to be done next time, instead of just expecting that the job will be well done. Perhaps with micromanagement, they would be truly great.

It went fine but I wouldn't use them again. They came out sometime before December an I didn't spend anything other than the cost of the deal. Overall they did a good job cleaning but they weren't' very detail-oriented. So it was just some little things. I wanted them to take things further like move my couch and vacuum under it.

The cleaners arrived during the schedule time. They cleaned all bedrooms, bathrooms, refrigerator and oven. I noticed that they used some of my household cleaners. I didn't mention this, but I thought it disturbing that they didn't bring all needed materials. Also when I scheduled the appointment I mentioned that I have ceramic tile in some areas and hardwood in others so they would bring the necessary cleaning agents. I noticed the used a stick with a rag on the bottom to mop all my floors. Not proper at all! The worst of it is the fact that they damaged my stove and the owner never called back to hear my complaint. They used oven cleaner inside my self cleaning oven which is allowed per the owners manual. They used oven cleaner on stop of my stove and left it discolored and then told me it was the only way to get it clean and that it was discolored it was grease. To date I'm still waiting to hear back from the management of this company. I would have appreciated a call back and maybe a chance to place an insurance claim for my damaged property. Never again.
