We used Triangle Sealants Corporation about three or four months ago. I thought they were okay. I wasn't really, really thrilled. After the job was done, they used a clear sealant they didn't clean all the left over debris so you can see things through the clear sealant. It's not great.

[member name removed], I am sorry to hear that you are not overly pleased with the work that you had done however I am not aware of any residential projects in the D.C. Northern VA area, and we have no customer record for you in our system. I would appreciate it if you would contact me to be sure that it was us. I would hate to have this negative feedback if it were not us who performed the work. If it was us who performed the work I would like to discuss correcting it for you. I assure you that it is not standard practice for us to use clear silicone on anything unless it is required. This would only be in a case as a kitchen or bath area that was an off color. Our employees are all very skilled at custom tinting our tintable sealants to match the adjacent substrates. However tintable sealants are not mildew resistant or approved for contact with food. Mildew resistant and USDA silicones are only available in a very limited selection of colors and the only reason we would ever use clear would be if it was the best option. Perhaps whoever did your work used what was their best option but did not convey the details with you. Description of Work: I used this group to install several venetian blinds. They did an OK job but not long after one of the blinds in my bedroom fell out. I called and emailed them to return and fix and they ignored me and did not respond. They have still not responded and my blind remains broken.

"Too Little Too Late" We did not receive any messages from the customer and have just learned of this issue from this report at this very moment. I have no explanation as to why we did not receive her messages but they certainly were not ignored. Customer has already been contacted. Member, I am so sorry for the blind falling and as stated in my email we will return to fix if you still need this done.

It was the best experience I've had with a service provider in a very long time. These guys are going to paint the entire exterior of my home now that I know the quality of work they do.
Description of Work: This was a great experience from start to finish. My home has (2) two story brick chimneys and the caulking between the cement fiber board siding and the brick was spliting and needed to be replaced. The gap in certain areas exceeded 1/2" and needed either backer rod or a means to apply a wide bead of caulk. I contacted Triangle Sealant and found out they specialized in sealants and caulking in the region. Barry sent a representative out for the quote that day and was able to do the work as soon as I made the decision to have it done. The two professionals that did the work were prompt, polite and very qualified. They removed the old caulk and applied a wide, smooth bead of specialized (tinted to match the house) caulking from the 2nd strory roof line to the base of the siding. I have peace of mind that my Chesapeake Bay home won't be penatrated by side blowing rain anymore. GREAT JOB, worth every penny.
