+ -1 moreGlenn never returned and never did the work that he'd promised to do. We tried to contact him numerous times, but he never returned our calls. Our neighbor, Karen, also tried to contact him numerous times, but he never returned her calls, either. And he never provided her with the estimate he'd promised to provide. Glenn seemed like a nice guy. He was knowledgeable and engaging, and I believe he enjoys a good reputation. But for some reason totally lost on me and my wife and our neighbor, Karen, he disappeared after his visit. Furthermore, he didn't keep his word.
Description of Work: We contacted Glenn to remove a dead tree branch. He came and looked at the branch and promised to return to remove it. With thoughts of helping him out, we directed him to a nearby neighbor who also needed help with tree work. Together, he and I walked to her house. She was excited to meet him, and he promised to contact her later and to give her an estimate.

+ -1 moreThe arborist also was very willing to take the time to educate me on the care and helpful hints to keep my trees healthy. Education also included what plants to purchase to attract beneficial insects to rid my plants of harmful insects.
Description of Work: Pruned and trimmed out dead branches on a huge Red Oak, trimmed and shaped two tall loblolly pines. Trim and prune large white birch and several small ornamental trees.

+ -1 moreAll went well no issues, yard was cared for so as the limbs did not destroy the grass and clean up was very good.
Description of Work: removed one tree and did a stump grind. This was work that was scheduled at the company's time and date. I ask them to give me a better price and they could use my job as a filler when work was slow or needed to fill out a day.

+ -1 moreThe guy who came out, who was the owner, was a pleasure to work with. It was very enjoyable to have someone who is very knowledgable in this field of work. If you need to know anything about your trees or your yard they are the company to call.
Description of Work: The removed one tree and they also pruned three other trees.

+ -1 moreAfter they were done you couldn't even tell that there was ever a tree there. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. I was very pleased with their service and the careful job that they did. I would be more than happy to refer them to anyone.
Description of Work: They cut down one tree and then grounded down the stump.
