Great company, reliable, trustworthy, affordable and on time.

Weâ ve used other locations companies before, but after years of frustration, we switched to RS Andrews of Tidewater. All the technicians weâ ve interacted with were very personable and knowledgeable. They will answer all questions to the best of their ability and break it down to a level you can comprehend. Theyâ re always on time and sometimes even early. I cannot recommend this company enough.

It took a couple of visits to get the unit installed

Used them for annual preventive maintenance and they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

RS Andrews sent a technician when a leak appeared on my ceiling near the unit. They came out on the weekend and addressed the problem. The technician was an expert who treated me with respect and explained the situation well. I would highly recommend this company.

Terrance was a true professional. I was having problems with my ac keeping my home cool and he fixed the problem immediately. He also did a needed tune up on my ac unit. He answered all my questions respectfully and the work was done in a timely fashion. I just wanted to say thank you Terrace and you are a great asset for RS Andrews.
