RS Andrews of Tidewater

2 day job lasted 4 work days with 5 day break after day 2 due to rats under the house but they came back on Monday with rats sill there. I feel that they were pulled to another job, not due to rats, i may be wrong but that is my opinion, I feel we were fibbed to.

RS Andrew's sent a professional to my home to scope my project, Mr. Aaron Mule, and they sent two great installers the next day on a tough overhead installation. The installation was complete and professional, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. Overall -- GREAT

I was contacted very soon after request was made. Mike Blythe was here on time for the estimate meeting. He explained all the options to us. The install process was great. Terry and Justin were on time and worked well together. They worked all the time they were here, 8 full hours. No stops. They did an awesome job.

Ok, I am back again! So now my A/C is leaking through my ceiling! Yes leaking through my ceiling. I call RS Andrews again, after hours. This time they came out and fixed the problem. I was assured the problem was fixed. Wrong! 2 days later it was leaking again! They came back out. Come to find out the AC was not put in correctly! Management was supposed to call me to schedule an appointment to fix. Since this happen over the weekend I was giving them Monday to call me. No call of course. I called them on Tuesday. The lady said they were coming to fix the AC the first week in September. 2 weeks away. Meanwhile, my ceiling is now damaged, and the band-aid that they put on to stop the leak could fall off at any moment. I asked for an earlier appointment. They have not called me back. That was 2 days ago! I went through a famous home appliance store for my AC unit. I am contacting them next for referring this company! This is ridiculous! My AC was installed Jun 28. I have called them 6 times to come fix this. That is unacceptable!

Higher price for older coolant than other companies.

They had to come back and make an adjustment to AC unit, but were very responsive and sent a technician right to get the unit up and running to full capacity.

Work was scheduled and completed on time. Follow up issues were a dressed in a timely matter and resolved. Equipment was handled with care during instilation and work site was cleaned before and during job. Adam and Chris and Chris's assistant did a 5 star job in my opinion.

Adam gave us several options to choose from and was very honest. The installation crew was very professional, laid down drop clothes, wore booties, and hauled away the old unit.
