+ -1 more5-10 mins before the appointment I received the following text "It will be later than 8am today. Sorry for the short notice. My helper just text me and isn't available first thing this am. I can text u when I'm in route. I'm guessing after lunch". I never heard from John, very unprofessional. I waited for a text or call from him all day. It is my assumption that he found a bigger job and decided to pass on my job and never let me know. Little did he know that if he had come on the appointment day I was going to ask for an estimate for 2 big tiles jobs at my personal home. Will never contact him again.
Description of Work: Appointment scheduled for October 8,2016 and never showed.
