Neil was very nice, professional, responsive guy. I didn’t end up hiring him for any work, but that was through no fault of his. I think he would done a good job for me.

The gentleman that came out was very professional and very polite. He checked the water meter and saw that there was no leak. He did not just end it at the water meter but asked questions to see if we had had any other problems in the past that might have caused a water bill to be so hi and we did have a running toilet that was fixed a couple weeks ago and he stated that that would have caused the bill to be higher. He suggested to have the city come out and make sure the meter is reading properly, he also checked the usage of the bill againest the meter. I was very pleased with his service he is very noligable in his work.

very good, provided helpful suggestions, very fair pricing even with change orders,. His strong point is that he knows what he is doing and does good work. The majority of what I paid was do on completion of the job. I'm a mechanical engineer and I'm used to working with people that have very good technical skills. Mr. Newman may not have an engineering degree but he has a very good understanding of the technical aspects of construction and he has a good sense of what looks good. He'd be a rich man if he had fewer interests and worked a 60 hr week.
