I just want to say thank you to MNK for making our dream come true . After 2 years with a horrible contractor and a huge loss and disappointment. We found MNK at the home improvement show in Virginia Beach and from the moment we met them they understood the problem we had faced and helped us make our dream a reality. They were very professional with everything aspect of the job and made us feel comfortable .They did their best to put us as a priority and listened and made great suggestions. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to build a deck or room or whatever youâ re thinking about building. The workers were so polite and cleaned up everyday before they left . And informed us as to the schedule would look like . We could not be happier with the decision to do business with MNK .You will not regret doing business with this company they are the true meaning of professionalism., with an emphasis on details. â ¦

MNK created a wonderful deck for us a few years ago and we are so happy we hired them to help us enjoy our yard at an even greater level. Beautiful deck. Professionally installed. They never took care of one issue that came up after completion.

First of all I have to tell you that I LOVE MY DECK! MNK did such a fantastic job. With COVID-19 and the lumber shortage the schedule was pushed back several times but let me tell you it was well worth the wait. Their workmanship is superb. I can honestly say I have never seen a deck nicer than mine, except for the one they did for my daughter years ago. It was so beautiful so I knew I'd have MNK Unlimited do my deck. The crew were extremely nice and polite. And, even in the extreme weather (cold) that they worked through, I never saw or heard one of them complain. I wish I could attach a picture of my new deck for all to see. If you're thinking of getting a new deck, call MNK. You will not be disappointed!

I canâ t say enough good things about my experience with MNK. Not only was their workmanship top notch, their employees were very professional and personable, and their customer service was superb. I felt they gave me an estimate that was more than competitive. And the value for the money was exceptional. They kept me informed every step of the way and showed up to work each day at 8:00 am. I have a three floor town home and hired MNK Unlimited to replace an existing deck with a paver patio on the ground floor and decks on the second and third floors. The original deck was poorly designed and constructed and felt very unsafe. MNK completely tore down the old deck, moved the posts out to create more stability and rebuilt both decks. The decks decks are completely solid and well built, which addressed my major concern regarding safety. In addition, the new deck looks great. They gave me really good advice on the material. The work was done well and completed in a timely manner.

Starting in April with many, many promises, our deck is still not finished. We needed 8 more balusters when all else was completed. He promised he would come back to install when he insisted on full payment. After telling us numerous times saying he will be there to do it "this afternoon" he still has not come. I gave up. Also, neighbor told us the the overhang would not meet code. Now, I question if he even got proper permits. I would not hire again. Too much aggravation all around. However, deck itself is very nice, I think, hopefully it will hold up.

We are very happy with the new Trex deck built by MNK, replacing our old wooden deck. The crew were professional and the job was completed very quickly.

Mike and his crew work very hard in some adverse weather conditions in order to complete the project in time. They cleaned up the yard as they went and actually added extra pavers to the patio in order to make it look better.

Mike of MNK was the only one to show up with material samples, a brochure, pictures of their work and provided an on-the-spot estimate. The others did not. Mike and his crew were very professional. The old deck was removed in half a day and the new deck was constructed in one day. The crew cleaned up after themselves on both days. The only way you new they had been there was we had a new beautiful deck. I highly recommend MNK for all your deck needs.

Very knowledgeable about trade and provided suggestions to make projects, deck and fence, more successful. Principals were available and were visible throughout the projects.

They presented a very professional portfolio, but had a subcontractor do my job. Craftsmanship was terrible, miter cuts were free hand, some of the lumber was very rough and imperfections could not even sanded out. They did send out one of their guys to fix it as best as possible, but nowhere near the quality shown in their portfolio.

We are very pleased with our new deck and the service we got from MNK. The cost was within our budget and the employees were very efficient and polite.

MNK was easy to reach and communicate with. Work was well done.
