Mike listened to us every step of the way. He took our suggestions and gave a great design for a ramp and deck. Rich made the design come true. We cannot be happier with our new ramp and deck. The crew was hard working and finished the job ahead of schedule.

After working in construction as youth and being responsible for construction projects over the years I was pleasantly surprised with the attitude of MNK workers.. The professionalism of the owner impressed me from the start. I solicited four bids but MNK provided the most detailed information showing us prictures of different options before we finalized the deal.. Workers were here on time, started work immediately with each knowing what to do and doing it. They were very thorough in their work and noticably conscientious about a quality job. The end result was a beautiful deck that we love and at a price much less than we expected..

I recently bought a house. The back patio needed to be replaced. I had an idea of what I wanted in my patio. I found Mike at MNK Unlimited, Inc. via the Servicemagic website. The whole experience of this remodeling job, from the message on my answering machine returning my call, to our handshake after the job was done, the professionalism, attention to detail, and staying within my budget was absolutely PERFECT! Mike went out of his way to make my "dream deck" a reality. As a single women with kids, I have to be careful who I bring into my home. I trusted Mike and his company. The 432 square foot two story deck is absolutely amazing.

We hired MNK to build a deck for us and were very impressed with the professional, prompt service we received. The deck was finished in the time we were promised (even a day earlier)! We love our deck!! The workers were professional and built a sturdy, quality deck for a great price! We would happily refer them to anyone. They left the yard clean and neat when they were finished. When our porch floor collapsed suddenly, I contacted ServiceMagic. Before I could even sign out of the page, I received a call from MNK about the situation and had a visit and a more than reasonable estimate within 2 hours! The work was done within two days and my porch is better now that it has been in years. I would recommend them to anyone looking for excellent work at a fair price. I will definitely use this company again in the future for other projects.

Mike answered our call super fast. He came here continually to keep us in the loop... he was here continually supervising any subs. He was on time every time. He had his hand in everything. He was polite and worked with us during a minor mishap... I appreciated that. He's not done with our projects yet. So far just a deck, French doors and a roof but we're hoping he'll do our front porch addition as well. I'd recommend him at this point. I am sure if problems pop up, he'd come back immediately to fix. I feel that's how he is. Happy to recommend him.

MNK extended my exixsting deck. Michael and his crew were great. First of all the price was right, secondly the work was done fast in within the time set for the job,thirdly the quality of the work is excellent. The new deck matches exactly the existing part, and the yard looks like they were never on the grass.

To begin, I was extremely impressed whith MNK's proffesionalism. They were extremely flexible with my schedule and understanding with what i wanted for my deck. I knew my deck wasn't a usual project and was a tad fearful of how it might turn out but MNK went above and beyond my expectations. The rather large deck took only two days, they were quick, quite and clean; a rarety in most contractors. The pricing was equally amazing, by far, I got my money's worth! I have already told several of my friends about MNK and will continue to sing their praises. I'm already thinking of our next project for them to help us with again :) Thank you!
