Mike and his crew were very good. Mike was very responsive and on top of the job. The workmanship was solid, and the work was performed in a timely manner. He listened to my ideas and requests, and offered good advice as well. It was a pleasure dealing with MNK.

The job was handled in a very professional manner from the initial meeting to discuss our project plans to the completion of our deck. We are so very pleased with the craftmanship,the speed in which it was completed. We were given a start time and the project began on time and a completion time and it was not only finished on time, but with the extra lumber, they "skirted" our deck which was not even discussed in the planning!!!!!!! He gave us some very good deck care instructions, product recommendations and even some excellent future suggestions(including the potential cost) for our backyard!! We will hire MNK Unlimited,Inc. again.

Outstanding craftmanship, regular communication, and courteous & reliable staff made this project worry-free. Mike worked with us to design a deck that complemented our backyard and was able to accomodate a fairly significant last minute change that we requested without missing a step. Incredibly, the project was completed on schedule even after this change. We are elated with MNK's work and would gladly do business with them again.

We were VERY impressed, from top to bottom, with MNK. Michael came out and helped us design our small deck, and then brought his crew to lay the joists (which was completed in one day). On their second day with us, the entire deck was completed, and we are VERY pleased! Michael has an innate sense of placement and design, and his workmanship is superb. We've shown our deck to several neighbors, and all have been very, very impressed by the design and the craftsmanship. (We didn't tell them -- and they'd never guess from looking -- that our deck was ALSO quite reasonably priced!) We recommend MNK Unlimited without reservation.
