+ -1 moreEric Wilson of Michael and Sons in Norfolk was the best. He was on time, courteous, clean, and extremely helpful. Most of all he provided customer service above and beyond what I was expecting. Eric came in on his day off because my inital plumber got sick. This was definitely a blessing in disguise. When he arrived he greeted me with a smile and even joked around with my 6 year old nephew who was extremely impatient (no furniture in the house yet= no TV). My nephew didnt have to wait long because Eric gave us an ETA of a couple of hours. After he inspected my water heater he showed me pictures on his phone and explained to me why it needed to be replaced instead of repaired. We went over pricing and other promotions that were included with my purchase. Eric went to work and i took my nephew to the park. I arrived back to my new home and Eric was tidying up (he had placed drop sheets on the floor and wore feet covering to avoid getting my carpet dirty. Eric made other suggestions to my home, as he is an experienced repair man too. He checked out the rest of my plumbing in the house for free, let my dishwasher run to make sure that was in tact and even reached into my garbage disposal to fix whatever was hung up there. My water was hot and had lots of pressure. Eric definitely went out of his way to make sure my home was functioning as if he were the one to be living in it. I do not feel bamboozled because the price was actually lower than what I expected with my $100 off coupon that was running that week. Michael and Sons is lucky to have such a great employee that knows his job and satisfies a customer as well as Eric did. Im sure all of the plumbers of the company are held to the same standards, but I will definitely be calling Eric for any plumbing issues in the future. Thanks to him though, I should'nt have to.

Description of Work: i purchased a whole house generator in 2010. Did not work upon installation. they said i had to pay for repairs, got that straight and did not have to pay. Specifically said i wanted quiet source with rust resistant cabnet, it's quiet but starting to rust. problem after problem,more money money money. each year another another problem. just spent 3000.00 to replace a transfer switch which should have been replaced when generator was installed. SORRY SIR DON;T KNOW WHY THAT HAPPENED. WHILE WAITING FOR PARTS THE BATTERY DIED, OH WE CAN REPLACE SIR FOR 300.00 ON TOP OF THE 3000.00 YOU JUST SPENT. PAID 700.00 FOR maintenance agreement which I never used. I felt it would be cheaper not to use it. I do give 5 stars for showing up and getting on the job. I keep using them for the generator because they sold it to me and installed it. I am hoping that i can at least get a return on my money in some way, THAT IS IF THE CABINET DOES NOT RUST AWAY FIRST.
