Everything went great. It was a pleasure working with Dennis. The project was completed in just over 3 weeks! He had someone working at our house every single day - very fast progress. It was nice getting to know the really nice subcontractors too. I highly recommend them!

We highly recommend Kitchen Emporium if you need a kitchen remodeled or updated! Rob provided us with an excellent design for our kitchen upgrade. We needed additional storage cabinets, tile backsplash, new lighting, trim work, new hardware, new faucet, and painting. The custom cabinet he installed is beautiful and matches our existing cabinets and granite counter tops perfectly! Also, the work people were very professional and skilled with their respective trades. After visiting the store, we requested a site visit to start the design process . The 3D renderings were provided within a couple of weeks and a few adjustments were made. The cabinets were ordered and arrived about 6 weeks later. The sales person, Dennis had all the staff booked and a tight timeline to demo the kitchen and complete the project as quickly as possible. It took about 3 weeks to have a functioning kitchen and another week to complete the small details. We enjoyed all the work staff, very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this company to my friends.

The project went very well! Rob Rardon was professional and a great communicator through out the entire project. Rob was punctual and on top of all aspects of the renovation. He provided great insight and made recommendations. Also, all of the trade workers were great to work with as well! Each of them provided exceptional craftsmanship and paid very close attention to detail. Additionally, they were all punctual, courteous and professional. Kitchen Emporium totally transformed our kitchen! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future projects. I highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend hiring Kitchen Emporium for your remodeling job!! Rob was very knowledgeable and made it so easy to coordinate all aspects of the job. The Koch cabinets we purchased were made in the USA, come in many different woods, stain colors, and face fronts, and all have soft-close cabinets and drawers as a standard feature. All of the trade workers that arrived to complete their portion of the job were exceptional! Each one arrived on time and completed the job as expected. Rob kept us informed every step of the way and was easy to get in touch with. We paid half down and the remaining half was not expected until all work was completed to our satisfaction. My husband and I were very pleased with Kitchen Emporium!

Outstanding work and attention to detail. Work involved removing a fiberglass jetted tub and installing a new vanity and custom shower, and retiling the floor. Also had significant drywall repair due to previous leaks. Bathroom looks better than when the house was built. Rob and all of the contractors were easy to work with, took time to understand our desires and provided input based on their experience when we were "stuck". Will definitely use Kitchen Emporium for future work.

Rob of Kitchen Emporium was professional, patient, knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, friendly, and the list goes on. A kitchen remodel can be a herculean task and I am a attentive and demanding customer. Kitchen Emporium handled it beautifully.

Our project was to remodel our kitchen and a lot of it we wanted to do ourselves, but also needed contractors for the parts we were unable to complete on our own. Kitchen Emporium allowed us to complete wat we wanted to and provided sub contractors for the parts of the project we couldn't do on our own. We worked with Shelbie and she was fabulous. We gave her a timeline we needed to work within and she lined all the subs for us within that time frame. If their were any glitches all we had to do was call Shelbie and she took care of it. All the people contracted were so easy to work with and provided us with quality workmanship. I would absolutely recommend Kitchen Emporium if you need any of the services they provide done in your home.

This is our second review for KE. Last summer, Rob and his crew remodeled our main bath. We were so pleased with the bath that we decided to call KE again to renovate our kitchen. Rob was on top of everything and was very responsive to my many questions and concerns. The kitchen was transformed from a small, awkward space to a beautiful, efficient work of art. We couldn't be happier with the final look. In fact, we are already planning our master bath remodel. Of course Rob and KE will be handling it for us.

We were very impressed with the work done by Rob and his crews at Kitchen Emporium. Each person who worked on our kitchen were committed to being sure everything was done carefully and done well. They were committed to excellence every step of the way. We love our new kitchen.

The entire process from rip out of the old counter tops to installation of the new ones went more smoothly than we could have hoped for. When we were looking for someone to replace our counter tops we went to Kitchen Emporium because they were the same folks who installed our original cabinetry and counter tops in the kitchen back in 1991. We thought the fact that KE had been in business for so long with very little advertising spoke volumes. Rob (owner) is very easy to work with. He provided suggestions, but it is very low key so you do not feel pressured into a design decision. He sent us to a local granite supplier to pick out the granite. Next he arranged for an appointment for outlining the template. There were certain features of the granite we wanted to display and the people tasked with cutting the granite really listened and our counter tops turned out beautifully. All of the contractors Rob assigned to our project (counter top rip out, electricians, granite fabricators and installers) were top notch. All were on time and professional. The counter tops were removed in the morning, and by mid afternoon, the new ones were installed. I was anticipating a lot of debris from the process. I was pleasantly surprised there was none. What little there was, was cleaned up by the contractors. The people doing the rip out spilled some dish soap from our old dispenser on the driveway. They were even going to clean that up. There was some minor woodworking performed. We had two wooden support dowels at the end of the bar that had to be replaced because the new counter tops were not as thick as the old ones. Rob ordered new ones and stained them to match the existing cabinetry. Once the job was finished, Rob came by our home to check on everything. Added bonus-he had a celebratory gift bag with two glasses and a bottle of wine. Unfortunately, your rating scale only goes to "A". Kitchen Emporium definitely deserves an "A+".

Fantastic! Rob (owner) was very easy to contact and accommodating. Amy and Zach did everything except plumbing, drywall and electrical. Very genuine and professional people. Concentious to neatness during the workday and clean up at the end of each day. Zach did beautiful tile work. Very competent, hardworking couple. The electrician, plumber and drywall people (subcontracted) were equally professional. Would have completed project on time if the tile I ordered had come in as ordered. That companies (will not name) supplier shipped the wrong color 3 times. Two different colors were labeled with the same stock number. Each time took 2 weeks. Therefore the delay was my fault. Finally chose a different tile store. Started installation the day after I got the tile. Truly very happy and satisfied with the quality of service received. Would definitely use their services again. Highly recommend.

The work was excellent. But most importantly, we found that we could trust their advice and installation team. They spent time educating us on options and informing us on the options affect on our budget. We would definitely select them again.

Undertaking a kitchen renovation is not an easy task. Rob's new design turned our kitchen into a beautiful space. All of the sub-contractors he uses were punctual, professional and did an amazing job. Rob will also be renovating our 4 bathrooms!!!

The entire staff was phenomenal. The job was completed in 5 weeks. The contractors were clean, polite and on time. We worked with Rob, with him being available throughout the project and very pleasant to work with. His estimates were accurate, with our costs going up due to our picking a more expensive granite than "level 1."

We just bought our house and wanted to replace the toilet in the main bathroom. The subfloor was rotten in two areas and it snowballed into a complete remodel. The crew discovered a significant leak from the shower in the master bathroom that was the cause of one area of damage. It was quickly repaired and the work was done in no time. Rob and his crew did a great job at a reasonable price. We will definitely go back to Kitchen Emporium when it's time to replace the kitchen cabinets.

Perfectly, job was completed on time and on budget. No shenanigans or no-show workers, workers were all meticulous, on time, professional and very, very talented. Owner, Rob, was fantastic to work with and had an immense knowledge of home remodeling. His confidence and knowledge gives you an amazing sense of ease. My whole kitchen was gutted and it can make you a little anxious worrying about getting the job done on time and within your budget but Rob eliminates any doubts or worries that arise. The cabinets are stunning, the quality is fantastic, my soapstone countertops are the most beautiful I've ever seen in any kitchen, the hardwood flooring repair was perfect, plaster work is flawless, plumber was super quick and did a great job and the job was done exactly within the timeline I was promised.
