+ -1 moreCalled James and he came out for estimate next day. He keeps quite busy, so it took about 3 weeks to start work. He provided samples for review and I purchased shingles from a local supply company. James provided a dumpster and haul-off. Tear off and replacement took two days. Yard was left spotless and nail-free. There was very minor damage to some fragile plantings, but I don't see how anyone could avoid that. Very pleasant to work with James and his crew and I would certainly recommend him to others.
Description of Work: Roofing tear off, replacement of 4 bad sections of plywood and felt, install 33 squares of new architectural roofing, hand nailed, 6 nails per shingle, clear all debris and haul scrap. Also replaced 10 square vents, replaced flashing at chimney and installed new collars at plumbing vent pipes. Repainted plumbing vents to black. This was on a two-story house with an 8-pitch roof; one hip on the porch. Otherwise, it's a straight A.

+ -1 moreThey did a great job and didn’t leave any nails behind. They also did a good job protecting my landscaping. They used the same type of products that bigger companies were planning to use and he did it all in two days. Mr. Fortney was polite and he made sure that all of his workers were doing a good job.
Description of Work: I called them and a few other companies for an estimate to redo my roof. My neighbor recommended this company to us. Their estimate was $2000 less than one of other company's.
