Description of Work: We had a pipe to the outside spigot to burst in the wall. We shut off the water valve to prevent further damage and my husband cut the drywall to expose the damaged pipe. J F Whitlow came the next morning (we chose not to call the problem an emergency). Their employee fixed the problem very quickly after he arrived.

Description of Work: Installed two sinks and a gas cooktop for us after we had new granite countertops installed. They plumbers were polite, professional,clean, and very efficient in their work. They were a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend. I will use them again for sure!

Description of Work: I called with a plumbing problem and was advised that I would be contacted as soon as Mr. Whitlow came in. I waited 10 days with no call. When I called back to see what the problem was, the service rep. hung up on me.
