Description of Work: Culligan installed whole house water softener system w/reverse osmosis system and did it very professionally. I am totally happy with the entire experience. The installers were very efficient and the sales department was completely open and honest. NO SURPRISES! Highly recommend Culligan of Greater Virginia. Oh, by the way, the water treatment makes our water feel better, smell better, and taste better. Thanks, Culligan.

They provided the plug, they did a good job of installing, the only problem that I have is that they only service this area on Wednesdays and in the beginning I had an issue which turned out to be not their fault, but getting someone here was a problem.
Description of Work: I used Culligan of Greater Virginia. I rented a water softener, a purifier and I signed a one year contract with them.

+ -1 moreNot so great. Have to find another company and most likely replace all equipment.
Description of Work: Trying to get the equipment that was installed by them repaired. What a nightmare. Two months of phone tag. Still waiting for a date to install new parts. Don't recommend Culligan because the only way to repair is to get through the Culligan network of parts suppliers. They have you by the water softener.

+ -1 moreWe were pleased with how well they installed our softener. It has worked great for us so far. We have had no problems with it at all or any complaints for that matter. Our water is much softer now and I can taste the difference. They installed the softener quickly and efficiently.

+ 0 moreThey stayed on top of our water softening system. If we were not at home when they came, they would haul the salt into the house and load the tank. We were very happy with their services and loved the results. They came out once a month to check things over. We were very comfortable having them in our home and recommend them to others.
