Good. The contractor was patient when I ordered a slide and its delivery was delayed.

Cristiano contacted us the same day we got on Angi, to confirm what we were looking for and coordinate a convenient time to see and hear in-person what we wanted done. He took his time to patiently listen to our concerns and interests and expectations, and provided his advice for a satisfactory job. A day later he provided us a detailed estimate. Throughout the job he took his time and ensured we were pleased with his work, and in the end he did an great job: installing our beautiful, new ceramic tile backsplash in our kitchen; fixing a garage-access door that was falling off its hinges; and, making an adjustment to our front door that made it easier to lock. From the time we got on Angi until the job was completed it took less than a week (understandably, the tile cement needed to set overnight before installing the grout). He is very professional, and yet very personable at the same time. We have already bragged to others about his craftsmanship.

This company arrived on time, was exceptionally congenial, understood the scope and clients needs & expectations, showed total understanding of how to execute the task without damaging anything—as they exhibited care in the residence and were efficient in completing the job. Professional in all aspects and would hire them again without question/or recommend them to other clients.
