Description of Work: I have used Brown's since we moved into our house in February, 2009. They had done the initial termite inspection, on the recommendation of our real estate agent. On the first day we moved in, the stove in the kitchen was swarming with ants. I called them and they were there almost immediately. (Don't remember for sure, but it was either the same day or the next morning.) The owner came (don't remember his name) and he was a lovely man. Since then, I have them set up for quarterly visits. Their price for that was much less than the larger company the previous owner had been using. I didn't have to commit to a contract (but now that we've been using them so long with such good results, I wouldn't have a problem with that). I don't have to remember to call them, our rep, Scott, calls me once a quarter and lets me know what day he is planning to come, but is always flexible if it's not good for me. (I like to be home because we have dogs who wouldn't let him in the yard). He never needs to come in the house, except for the few times we've had ants swarming again, and on those occasions, the problem has always been resolved with one visit and he gets there really quickly. I actually enjoy seeing him (who actually enjoys seeing the exterminator????) because he is always warm, friendly, and professional. And he gets the job done! I have never had a single problem with him or the company and I would recommend them highly.

 + -1 moreThey are our regular exterminators. We pay them quarterly. I like how they come immediately when I need them. They are friendly and professional. It does the trick. I've never had to call them twice.
Description of Work: We use Brown's Exterminating quarterly for termite prevention. If we ever see anything such as ants, they come immediately and treat it.

 + -1 moreI have used this company for a total of about two years. Over 1/2 of the time I have had to call more than once to get them to come as scheduled. I have also had to call them back numerous times as the ant treatments did not work. I even requested that the owner come and do the treatments and that was the one that seemed to work the most. Due to their lack of showing up as scheduled too many times, being late, and not really taking care of the problem many times, I called and canceled. I have still been receiving bills since then, which are accruing interest evidently. I have sent a letter re-stating that I have canceled my service months ago and still am receiving periodic bills. I canceled before the next quarterly payment was due and informed them that I am paid up with them. I am really dissatisfied with their services and how they run their business. I would not recommend them to anyone who really needs a pest service.

 + -1 moreThey are very professional and friendly. I haven't really had any problems since they treated, but if I do they will come back and take care of it. They will call me to let me know that they are on the way.
Description of Work: I have a quarterly service where they treat for most insects on the outside of my 3000 square foot home. They also cover rodents and will set traps for them.

 + -1 moreThe company listened to me very well and they were not condescending to me because I was a woman, like many service companies do. They use organic sprays which I like because of my concern for the environment. The price was however a little expensive.
Description of Work: Brown Exterminating sprayed for water bugs inside and outside home. The service agreement we have with them is for one year. They set up termite monitoring stations as well.
