Description of Work: The service was great and Appliance Enterprise was outstanding, but the $49 "Angie's List" Deal is a pure rip-off. I learned that Appliance Enterprise would do for free what I paid Angie's List $49 for. Appliance Enterprise gets nothing of the $49, to my understanding, so they can't even take the $49 off the $9,000 kitchen I bought from them. Appliance Enterprise is outstanding, but who got my $49, Angie's List?

Description of Work: First person left, design was not what I wanted. Ended up doing kitchen with someone else. I'd already paid for bathroom design, has been a while, first design was not what I requested and still waiting on updates, last appointment was cancelled, I was told they double booked. Requested copy of updated design twice and still I have not received.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal to have Appliance Enterprise consult on my kitchen remodel and give me 3D renderings of their design. They did that and showed me a lot of options in materials. I made choices and they gave me an estimate too. The Big Deal was definitely worth $49. The one thing that wasn't wonderful was there seemed to be a long wait in between my first visit to their showroom to discuss my preferences and their visit to my kitchen to see the situation and take measurements and my second visit to their showroom to see the 3D renderings and select materials and my final visit to the showroom to receive the estimate. But I was pleased with the renderings and with the amount of attention I was given in the showroom. They emailed the renderings to me too so I could show my husband. I am getting some more estimates.

Description of Work: Hard to get them to explain what they were going to do and the materials they finally showed us were cheap materials, cheap cabindets etc..The work they wanted to do was always more a lot more than what they said they would do on Angie's list. We had to keep calling them to get them to respond after they said they would call us back. They acted like they just didn't want to do the work but didn't have the guts to just say so. It was frustrating so we will just have someone else to do it. They still have not called us back since we saw them last.

Description of Work: they are going to install new counters and back splash. They have done prep work, but installation won't happen for at least 3 or 4 weeks. This is due to other contracts they have to fulfill first. This no problem because they explained this to us when we decided to use them. But up to this point they have been very professional. I already have recommended them to several other people.

Description of Work: replaced two bathroom countertops with granite on two separate occasions. cost $2,000 TOTAL.

Description of Work: spent time with designer drawing up a kitchen design. she was skilled, courteous, professional and we were pleased with the design and feedback.

Description of Work: They had one repairman (George) come out to fix the dispenser on our refrigerator

Description of Work: The cabinets were hung not evenly. They had to be sent back because the paint job was lousy. The wrong countertops were delivered so their work was 1/2 finished for over a week. All my kitchen stuff was in my living room over holiday weekend with guests having to eat in restaurants. The dishwasher wasn't hooked up and leaked into condo lobby ($100 fine). The countertop was too long up against the refrigerator with 1/8" room. The installer still hasn't come back to fix, so I only paid $1500 on $4,000 total.

Description of Work: They brought out and installed a dishwasher at my home.

Description of Work: Appliance Enterprise repaired our clothes washer. It was not spinning at a fast enough speed to sufficiently remove the water, at the end of the cycle. They replaced all of the related belts to solve the problem.

Description of Work: They installed carpet in my living room.
