They were unprofessional, messy, ripped our pergola canvas (to their credit they did replace it), bent the front gutters, destroyed the base of our column on our front porch (to repair this they used wood putty and MDF which is crumbling and not attached to the porch), left nails and trash in the yard, left exposed plywood on the roof, did not replace the barrier paper after removing the old paper and there is a second leak in the garage, and now refuses to respond to emails and texts because our new roof is leaking in our master bedroom, creating damage inside our home. The roof was installed late last year Nov/Dec. Any inside ceiling damage from their faulty installation falls on us to repair due to the standard warranty. They were chosen by us over another comparably priced company because I felt using a company that has a Christian background would display integrity. After the initial instal was complete, we requested a meeting because the shingles were lifting and not neatly placed, there was exposed plywood in some of the angles, and the trash was not removed. The person responsible for our project did attempt to fix these issues. He is also the person who "repaired" the front column. Move about 6 months post install and we discover the leaks and the repaired column crumbling while also not making contact with the foundation. I called the office, no return call. I used Angie's list complaints to discover the owner's cell number. He assured me everything would be "cleared up" while quoting 1 Cor 13:12. (I think). He sent his commercial supervisor to review our concerns. He discovered a hole near our window that may contribute to the garage leak. We have now repaired that ourselves, but still have leaking in the master bedroom, a broken column, and no barrier paper under the front shingles. Several texts and an email later, the only correspondence we have had is a bill marked "paid" for his visit to our house.

I have recently been in communication with this customer and this review comes as a surprise. I will contact this customer immediately. Based on our text conversation as late as this week I understood that everything was in order. I did instruct a manager to make a repair to the column and told the customer to contact me if they had any issues such as leaks. This roof is under warranty. We pulled shingles off and showed the customer new felt paper underlayment. I am available to discuss this case or any other with anyone. Robert Andrews ll, president Please be mindful that anyone can make comments about Andrews Roofing as they wish on this venue. We are not given an opportunity by this site to answer to said complaints. The Better Business Bureau for example would contact us and investigate this before they would allow it to affect our reputation. I assure you that Andrews Roofing stands behind its work.

They were unprofessional, messy, ripped our pergola canvas (to their credit they did replace it), bent the front gutters, destroyed the base of our column on our front porch (to repair this they used wood putty and MDF which is crumbling and not secured to the porch), left nails and trash in the yard, left exposed plywood on the roof, did not replace the barrier paper in places after removing the old paper -there is a second leak in the garage, and now refuses to respond to emails and texts. Our new roof is leaking in our master bedroom, creating damage inside our home. The roof was installed late last year Nov/Dec 2016. Any inside ceiling damage from their faulty installation falls on us to repair due to the standard warranty. They were chosen by us over another comparably priced company because I felt using a company that has a Christian background would display integrity. The salesman goes to our church and freely witnesses about Christ. The owner seems to be of similar mindset. After the initial install was complete, we requested a meeting because the shingles were lifting and not neatly placed, there was exposed plywood in some of the angles, and the trash was not removed. The person responsible for our project did attempt to fix these issues. He is also the person who "repaired" the front column. I used the prior Angie's list complaints to discover the owner's cell number. He assured me everything would be "cleared up" while quoting 1 Cor 13:12. (I think). He sent his commercial supervisor, Phillip, to review our concerns. Phillip discovered a hole near our window that may have contributed to the garage leak and re-positioned some shingles over the master bedroom. We have now (understandably) repaired that ourselves, but still have leaking in the master bedroom, a broken column, and no barrier paper under the front shingles. Several texts and an email later, the only correspondence we have had is a bill marked "paid" for his visit to our house.

DO NOT USE ANDREW'S ROOFING UNLESS YOU WANT A LEAKY ROOF IN 6 MONTHS. I bought a house that had its roof put on brand new by Andrew's Roofing in January of this year. The day I closed, July 19th, there was a big rain storm. I came to my new home the next day excited only to find water spots (that weren't there during my closing inspection) from the roof in 2 rooms. I had the paper work with the warranty so I called. I was told I had to wait at least 4 weeks for them to come inspect it to see if it was indeed warranty work. Ridiculous amount of time to wait for a leak in your roof during the rainy season. Their excuse for the wait? They had a lot of calls in for leaks under warranty (hmmmmmm). They eventually came out and "said they fixed" the issues where items weren't properly sealed on install (they installed it). Now remember they WILL NOT FIX ANY INTERNAL DAMAGE that is caused by their shoddy workmanship. Called a second time a month later because of a leak in another spot. Another 4 week wait because of SOOOOO many warranty calls. They told me that one is because my window seal is leaking and charged me $150.00 for nothing. Now here I am calling yet again (only owned the house about 2 months now) for the same 2 original spots they told me they fixed. I have water leaking into those rooms through the attic and the ceiling drywall is soft and dripping. Again at least a 4 week wait while my roof leaks anytime it rains because they have too many warranty calls. **PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.** They don't care about you, other than the money in your pocket that they want in theirs.

The whole staff at Andrews Roofing was incredible from the office staff working with the city to get my permit, removal of the existing metal roof, and installing a new metal roof. I have a metal roof put by a different company 6months prior and had nothing but trouble with it. I contacted Andrews based on the A rating on Angie's list and talked to a couple of people and found that they were the best in the area for metal roofing. The previous company did not remove all of the existing roofing material prior to installing the new metal roof. Andrews staff took off all the metal from the prior company and then took off all the roofing material that that they left behind. It was so amazing to see a company take pride in the work that they were doing. We have had the new Andrews Metal roof on for 4 months now with no issues. Thank you to everyone at Andrews Roofing! You have completely eliminated all the stresses that were created by the previous company. Thank you again!

They were on time around 8Am and I was able to climb up the ladder to see the damage before I left for work. They were filling up a truck bed with my bad roof. When I came home that evening it was done and everything was cleaned up. The city inspector came out the next morning to approved their work, After we paid the remaining balance they sent me a nice letter and warranty paper and we are very happy with our new roof and assurance for 20 years warranty.
Description of Work: they came out and torn off the old roof (only 7 years old),we were having leaks in our family room, they replaced some of the under layment and installed a new rubber roof.

The leak still occurs. I have hired a different company. We will see if they can fix.
Description of Work: I have an existing copper roof on my historic home. There was a leak during some rain events. They did not install the roof. They did respond to my request. They applied caulk. The leak still occurs. They do not warrant leak repairs. A different roofing company has come out to inspect. They showed my how original flashing was improperly installed and are to make the repairs. They state the caulking repair was eyewash.

After seeing the customer's comment, I contacted him immediately. Recently, the customer and I have been working together to stop this tricky leak. In the beginning we did 2 separate repairs to 2 separate items on his roof. We stopped one leak but the other one continued. After this is when the customer wrote his comment. To address this stubborn leak, after his comment, we did a free water test and tried a very non-invasive repair on his copper roof just to see if it would work. It is kind of a "process of elimination" so he does not spend a lot of money making any unnecessary repairs. We just want to stop the leak. In the most recent storm it was still leaking but had slowed down, as per the customer's observations. We are scheduled to visit again and take a couple areas of roof flashing apart and "trouble shoot" the areas. It is the only way we will be able to find the leak without tearing it all out and starting over. When we find the problem, we will fix it and do no more work. This is a 110 year old house and some of the work done approx. 10 years ago when the roof was replaced by someone else was done ok, but not all the way right. Don't get me wrong- they did a decent job but probably could have taken a little more time on the small details to avoid future problems. Because of this, there are 6 or 7 possible reasons why it is leaking and all of them could actually be contributing. Our non-invasive repair done after the water test was caulking a very small hole we found on the copper roof, for example. Why do anymore work until we know if this hole is causing the problem. We are going one step at a time so as not to redo things that are unnecessary. Our leak tech Don was chosen for this process because of his 30 years of roofing and approx. 15 years of repairs only. He and I will see it through to the end. In fact, I was present at the free water test and will be dealing with the customer directly until the problem is 100 % resolved. We could fix everything that is not quite right but he would spend about $1500 for us to do so. The customer and I discussed it and decided just to stop this leak, and we will. We are here to meet his needs. To summarize, he and I are working it out for the best resolution. Thanks Robert Andrews ll, president

We repaired the damaged light on the deck in "good faith" because it was an inexpensive item. We do not believe we broke it. After being notified about this members concern our VP, Ben Chaney, met the member on site to gather the details. After he investigated the damage to the car he found that we could not have caused this damage. She disagreed, so we turned it over to our insurance company. As an independent party, they investigated it and found that, " Andrews Roofing was not responsible for the damage." They made her aware of their findings. As you can see from all of the positive reviews that our company has received, this review is not a reflection of the standards we adhere to. Sincerely, Robert Andrews ll , president

Salesman was extremely efficient and even went into the attic and checked every corner of the underside of the roof to give us a thorough estimate. He even found a small leak that had just started developing. After the contract was negotiated, they stated a dumpster would arrive the day before the expected start date, then they arrived with 7 men as I was leaving for work at 7AM with the family staying in the home, and when I returned that afternoon at 5pm the workers were picking up the last of any debris that had not made it into the dumpster and the entire roof was finished. There was not a nail or scrap of shingle or wood to be found anywhere on any side of our house. They were slightly more expensive than the lowest bid we received, but completely worth it. Our neighbor decided to use the lowest bidder we had interviewed and it took them three days to do the same size and style of roof. I would gladly use Andrews roofing again.

I had a problem with a leaky roof. I called Andrews on a Monday morning, and they had someone at my house by noon on the same day. The two professional representatives identified the source of the problem, corrected it, cleaned up after themselves and were gone within 45 minutes. I couldn't ask for anything more.
Description of Work: Called to repair leak in roof. Identified cause to be pinestraw debris that had piled up next to a shingle that wasn't properly cut to lie flat. They cleared the debris, trimmed several shingles in order to have them lie flat, preventing further water from entering.

I contacted Andrews Roofing to give me an estimate to repair my roof. The office contact would not give me a date when I could get an estimate. After calling for 3 weeks I finally received a call from the estimator. I was told he would be able to give me an estimate without getting inside the house so I didn't have anyone there )me or my tenants). 3 weeks later I called him and he said he couldn't give me an estimate until after he got in the house to see where the leak was entering the house. Approximately 2 weeks later I received a call from Andrews asking if they had done work for me and I related the information to them about the lack of estimate. At this point in time I would not even have my tenants call them to set up for an estimate. The company did not appear to care enough to follow through with their estimator (who quit or was fired) and I have no desire to use their services.

I met some reps from this company at a trade show and gave them my information because I was interested in an estimate for installing ventilation in my attic. I got one phone call from someone about a week and a half later -they left a message because I coudlnt take the call. I called that number back and left a message that I was returning their call and then I never heard anything from them again. I would not hire them because I felt that their professionalism was lacking. Maybe they didn't want or need the work but if you can't even get them to come out and give an estimate then it's not hopeful that the work will be done in a timely manner.

Went fairly smoothly, with the exception of the first couple of days, when their workmen basically had to wait around for equipment that would afford them access to our 3rd story roof. Once started, the work was done quickly. They pretty much cleaned the perimeter each day, and came back to "re-sweep" the area after we found some scary looking nails. They also repaired a couple of scratches that were made on our stairs by a ladder. They were most responsive, and I would recommend them.
