The job finally got done after continual badgering from me. The marble sink he installed had no finish on it, and the caulking looked like it was done by my German Shepherd. The tile work on the floor and shower was beautiful, but they were done before our relationship went downhill.
Description of Work: ADCO Construction was referred to me by my neighbor to replace my roof. That job went well, so I hired them to add a balcony to the back of my house. The carpenter was outstanding. The problems came when I asked them back to remodel my bathroom. By then Mr Atkins apparently felt we were friends and shared many very personal stories with me about his money problems and marriage issues. It took him about 3 months to do my bathroom. At one point he asked me to write him a check for $2000 towards the balance because he needed the money. He continually put my job off to do renovations for flood victims in Franklin, even though they weren't paying him and I had cash in hand.

Adco Construction did not do to bad on our roof, but the owner was very difficult to deal with. He was suppose to come back to finish some cedar siding and pick up some materials; we had to nag and nag to get him back out here. He left the shingles on our porch and never took them. His crew worked really fast and seemed to be rushing a lot.
Description of Work: They removed my old shingle roof and put on a new one. Mark Atkins is the owner.
