VERIZON WIRELESS

For six lines, I pay $280 a month. If they brought back the unlimited data, it would be great. I always go into the store.

They have always taken care of since they came to our area. They want to resolved it whenever we have a problem. The phone lets me make the call that I want to talk and I can talk to the other person without any problems.

Although the store was busy, the Service provider gave me her undivided time. She set the phone up to my specifications, and provided a brief review of the phones features.

Sales person was very knowledgable and provided me with what I needed in a very timely and professional manner.

Their services are not up to par, they promise they will be there to help and they do not show up or call if they are late or not coming. They do not keep their word.

I love them. Their price is comparable. They even have classes for old people to get used to the new technology. They are very proactive in helping us get the most out of their service. I recently got an iphone and I didn't have a clue. I started getting emails from them letting me know of classes being offered to teach me how to use it. I just thought that it was really cool.

I think they're excellent. I have no problems.

We just have phone service through them. The quality is fine.

I would give them all A's and I will continue to use them.

They are terrible. I've tried to talk to people on the phone, each time I have to talk to someone else, someone else. They said I should see a change with I log on to the website. I have to call different numbers. Finally, I just gave up and stopped paying.

I switched to Verizon for the price-3 lines/1500 mts/150-175 per mo. It's a great deal, but I have been getting quite a bit of dropped calls lately & noone can tell me why or help me fix it.
