We called Price. They arrived the next day. They tightened some wires on the panel box (not sure why the other guy didn't see these) and there is no more flickering. Tenant happy and owner happy! We'll definitely call them for all of our electrical needs from here out.

Electricians (Mike and Travis) arrived at the appointed time and after reviewing the task list with me, went right to work. They were efficient and focused, but also took the time to answer my questions. In addition, they discussed with me alternatives to some of my original plans and were able to come up with some cost savings and better ways of achieving the desired outcome. A big plus was that they left everything neat and in good order, so there was very little clean up to be done on my part. Mike and Travis worked so proficiently that they completed the tasks in half the time as originally estimated. I was very pleased with what they accomplished and their overall excellent customer service.

This is the third time I have hired these guys, they are great. They really do a fantastic job. Got a quick appt. they arrived as scheduled and are courteous and professional. I have a good friend in NJ that is an electrician, when I told him how much they charged, he said it was a better deal then he would have given me. Ha! I definately recommend them and will use their services again.

They arrived a few hours after I called to make the appointment and were very courteous and professional. They were able to get the job done in a timely manner and made sure to clean up everything when they were done. I trust them to do any future electrical work I will need.

I am extremely pleased with Price Electrical. The technician was on time and very pleasant to interact with. I was concerned about a light box that was crackling, and he was able to swap outa replacement without any issues. He also did a great job installing two light fixtures in the hallway and dining. The job was done in under an hour, and the price was very competitive. Thanks Price!

Correspondence was timely with the office. On the day of service, Michael and his apprentice arrived a little past their appointment window due to a delay in their service call prior to mine, hence the "B" rating for Punctuality. The office was kind to give me a heads up they were running late. They got to work right away when they arrived. The light bulbs were installed quickly. Regarding the kitchen outlet, I explained to Michael that previous work had been to done isolate the GFI circuits. He completely understood and was able to find the simplest and quickest solution. I rated Price a "B" because I was quoted $78/hr and $28/hr for the main electrician and apprentice, respectively. They were done in just under an hour and quoted me almost $220! I asked Michael why > $100 than quoted, and he replied it was for "driving time." I asked him to contact his boss since I did not agree with the final bill. We settled on $150 for labor, driving time, materials, and education.

Everything was fine. Technician took a couple of phone calls since he is part owner of the business, but he kept working while he solved the persons problem he was talking to. Very professional, punctual and efficient.

As always Dusty from Price did an excellent job. They are always prompt and professional. The cost was reasonable.

Excellent. I called later in the morning and they were able to come by in the afternoon. They were very thorough and explained potential options. In the end, no repairs were needed and they did not charge me (although they should have). Furthermore, I have used Price Electric in the past. The first was during our Kitchen remodel and then in another job, they installed two new service panels. I really like the quality of their work,integrity and professionalism. I will call them again should I have any other electrical issues or projects. I highly recommend them!

The service turned out well. They were quick, pretty informative, and showed me what was wrong with the problem. One of the socket wasn't a whole socket, there was just a tiny tablet in there. I used him like 2 other times as well.

I was impressed when he came to do the estimate - he took the time to diagram out the options for the replacement. On the day of the work, he and his assistant arrived promptly, worked very efficiently and kept me informed of progress. The result was a much neater installation than what had been there before, all safe and functioning well - and no drama. I highly recommend Price Electric!

The circuit in question failed on a Saturday morning. I called around and all of the local electricians that I tried charge an emergency service fee so I waited until Monday morning to schedule service. Based on ratings, reviews, and proximity, I decided to try Price first. Although they don't open until 08:00, I tried calling at 07:45 and was able to reach Skip Price. After describing the problem, he said it didn't sound like it would be too complicated and, with that expectation, he rearranged his crew's work schedule to come to my house first. Sure enough, by 08:22, his crew had arrived. As for the repair, the crew was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. We reviewed what had occurred and how so that they had an idea where to start, then went straight to work. Given their knowledge and experience, they suspected that I had a failed switch and, sure enough, they were correct. Somehow, one of my switch had a break in the side that eventually caused the switch to break the circuit. Because it wasn't an overload or short circuit, the breakers and GFCIs never tripped. The crew had an appropriately colored switch on hand, the entire job was done in about 20 minutes and I was on my way to work. Overall very positive experience. I was satisfied enough that I also asked for an estimate to wire up a shed/cabana that I have on my property. The estimate was provided before they left and the price was very reasonable. I will likely use them when I do the job. Price provides Angie's List members a 10% discount.

It always goes flawlessly when we use Price electrical. They do such clean work and are always professional. They have done a lot of electrical work for us over the years and we would never consider using anyone else!!!!!!!!!! They're the BEST.

Very professional and courteous. They were very quick to respond to my phone call and schedule an appointment. Eldridge (forgive any misspelling) came out on time and worked very diligently to get the work done. He kept me involved throughout the process. Their prices were very affordable and cheaper than I expected the job to cost. I would recommend them!

Arrived right on time. Very knowledgeable technicians. Surveyed area of work to be done and discussed obvious problems. Worked above and beyond what was expected, and would not stop until done, for the original proposed price. I will be calling them again very soon for more electrical work.

I have been using Price Electric for some time now and am always satisfied with both the price and quality of work. I don't even ask for estimates to compare them with other electrical service companies anymore I just call them for the job. Eldridge and Kevin showed up on time and got right to work. They had good advice as to where the recessed lighting should be placed for the kitchen remodel and did it perfectly. They installed the lighting exactly where it should be and through the whole process were very cordial and professional. In a crowded field of electric service providers Price Electric definitely stands out and I will continue to use them in the future.

Price Electric was very respectful and friendly. Scheduled their visit around my time, and went step by step explaining the work they were doing, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. They did a good job of cleaning up after they completed their work and I was very satisfied with the work. I gave price a "B" but they did have two guys come out to do the work, which is probably why the larger cost. I would definitely recommend them.

Courteous and professional response fixing several problems. Travis explained what type of ceiling fans I needed to purchase and when I said I would race to the store and get them promptly, there was a question about whether the work could be completed that day. Skip, the owner, asked me to call him when I had purchased the fans and then said a crew could indeed do the work that day. Two workmen arrived after lunch and went to work. They explained that the mount in the ceiling was not correct for a ceiling fan-it was for a light fixture-so they would have to install a correct mount. Later on I saw the funny commercial about the ceiling fan flying out the window and I thought, Yep, that's what happens when your ceiling fan is not properly installed! Skip came by in the afternoon to check on things and all in all, I spoke with 4 members of the crew-all professional and courteous. You just don't mess around with electrical work and, as we are getting our house ready to sell, you want to make sure you use professionals. I highly recommend Price Electric, Inc.

This repair was required by the buyer on a property we were selling. By that point in the process we were SICK of dealing with details and contractors, and we just wanted the job done correctly, inexpensively, quickly, and without a hassle. And that's exactly what we got. The electrician came out within a few days, did the repairs, and they had an option to bill by email (which I prefer). I needed a certification that the bill was paid in order to show there were no mechanic's liens at closing, and they were happy to email me that too. The house was vacant and had a contractor lockbox so there was no set appointment time - I have no idea if they are punctual or not, which is why I marked that category "N/A".

Our tenants called us on Sunday morning 2/2/14 to say that they had no electricity, the panel box was smoking and Dominion Power had disconnected the meter. They were advised to leave the house immediately. I called Price Electrical after reading reviews on Angie's List and talked to Vanessa. I explained the situation to her and within an hour Skip Price returned my call. He was very nice and said he would go look at it later that afternoon. He called me back and explained everything in detail and gave us an estimate that we felt was good. He was concerned about getting the job done quickly because our tenants had to go to a hotel with their two young children. Unfortunately, it rained most of the day Monday so that held them up a little but they did as much work as they could inside. Then Tuesday they worked all day, calling frequently to give us updates on their progress and a few other recommendations since the house and wiring were old. They finished the job early enough Wednesday for he City to do their inspection so our tenants could return. Our tenants were very happy with the work and improvements. We were very pleased with the work and the cost involved. Everyone was courteous and professional but very laid back and easy to do business with. We will highly recommend them. 23669

My Mom was in need of a electrician, so we checked out Angie's list. My call for a appointment was returned in a timely manner and the electrician was at her house on time and worked efficiently. But she had more problems than Price Electric was aware of at that time. Her stove top was out and another service company said if was not the stove but rather a electrical problem. Mr. Price got the electrical problem fixed and went above and beyond to make sure she had a stove to cook on for Thanksgiving. After all she had been through with other workers, for some reason she felt confident in him (just a feeling that she could trust what he said) and he did not abandon her. Mr. Price followed through until she was completely able to cook a dinner for our family. We are grateful to Angie's List and to Mr. Price at Price Electrical. We will use him again! It was nice for me to know that my Mom felt she was getting good service.
