Everything was great. Friendly people, punctual. This may be the going rate for electrical service, but it costs $75 just to get someone in the door. That is why I gave a B for cost. If that is the going rate, then I would use them again.

On a Sunday, our breaker under the meter failed, causing our electric to have issues. On Monday morning I called Price, and Skip got back to me quickly to set up a diagnosis and quote. I had been anticipating hearing from him afterwards, but never did until I called his cell phone, and got a return call later that evening. His price was very reasonable, and he was flexible with timing. He had told me that he would call me in the morning to set up a time to fix our issue, but we never heard from him until my husband called and left a message at 11am. He called back about an hour later. He took care of the issue while we weren't home, and when I arrived home from work, our electrical was functioning perfectly again. I feel like he did a great job on the work, but I think that, due to the relative urgency of our need, and the possibility of getting a longtime customer, the communication could have been better.

Overall Price Electrical Inc were kind and courteous when I communicated initially on the phone. They dispatched somebody within a day or two so that was fast. The technician was courteous and it was a good thing. He thought it would be more complicated because of the fireplace but after a few minutes he figured out another game plan so he didn't have to mess up anything.

Floyd and Taz showed-up on time in the rain and did the work. No damages done beneath crawlspace. All electrical hook-ups work. Taz and Floyd were prompt, professional, and respectful of the homeowner. Rather than telling me what they did, they showed me what they did and allowed me to ask questions.

I loved working with Price Electric. They were prompt, polite, very friendly and accommodating. Skip Price even came out the next morning on a Saturday following the chandelier install to check out a few concerns I had--at no charge. They are also researching a hearing-impaired doorbell alert system for me. I will definitely have Price Electric do all my electrical work from now on! Great company!!

Within a half an hour of my call, a technician showed up and let me know a few secrets with dealing with the electrical panel. While disconnecting the main lines at the meter location, he found issues with the mail line that was coming into my house and probably saved a fire from happening. I am very grateful for Price Electronic and there employees.

I called Price Electric on Mon and talked to Skip the owner. He was nice to talk to over the phone. I told him all the issues and he said they would be out on Wed between 08:00 and 08:30. He quoted an hour rate of $100 to cover the cost of one electrician and one helper. Any parts needed would be additional cost. I was very pleased they could come out so quickly. Two electrical trucks and 3 electricians arrived on time Wed morning. One truck with one electrician, Dusty, had diagnostic equipment needed for underground wiring. The other two, Shannon and Eldridge, went right to work and identified the problem quickly. No diagnostics was needed for the underground wiring, therefore, Dusty told me he was leaving since he was not needed. They replaced a faulty GFI outlet on the fence which they determined to be the cause of the outage. They also discovered the light inside the garden house was not coming on because of a faulty wall light switch. They replaced it. They checked everything out to make sure it was working okay. They optimized their time while here. After they determined the problem, Eldridge came inside to take down the chandelier while Shannon replaced the outlet and switch outside. They had a high ladder on their truck so reaching the height needed to disconnect the ceiling wire was safely accomplished. I was impressed with their punctuality, professionalism, and the fact that they came prepared with the right equipment to troubleshoot the problem and had the needed parts on their truck. They were friendly and introduced themselves to me upon arrival. Perfect way to start any job! All-in-all I am very pleased with their expertise and how they went about doing the job. If I should need electrical work in the future, I will definitely call them. I feel the final price was fair and reasonable, plus they gave me the Angie's discount automatically. They were on site a little over an hour.

I called Price Electric to arrange for some work that needed to be completed before I could move forward with my kitchen remodel. Skip Price returned my call the same afternoon and we were able to schedule the work for 7/2/13. I realized that I had some some additional work that I had forgotten to note in my initial conversation with Mr. Price and called the office the morning on 6/26 and Mr. Price returned my call in less than an hour. After reviewing the additional item, Mr. Price asked I would be available to complete everything today. I was. I was provided with a time the electrician and helper would arrive. They arrived right on time and were able to complete everything within 4 hours. Travis and Tas were very professional and polite. They made sure that they cleaned up everything and put everything back in place that had to be moved to make all needed repairs and changes. When the work was completed, Travis checked that everything was completed properly, that everything was working and that everything was cleaned up. Travis and Tas took all the old and broken parts with them to dispose of. Travis also provided some ideas to improve the kitchen with with under cabinet lighting and showed me some pictures of some completed jobs. This was not something I had initially thought of when planning the kitchen but it is now. I will certainly call on Price Electric when I have future electrical needs and will recommend them to all of my neighbors when they have need of an electrician. Thank you very much.

We called in an emergency. The power was out in the garage -all three outlets were inoperable it affected the cable the freezer and the refrigerator. We were about to lose about $800 of food. The repairman, Travis Dalton,assessed the situation, began repair, replaced the two components mentioned above, and completed the work in about an hour - saving us $800.00

I have used Price Electrical for several years. My husband called this morning and asked if there was any way they could install the lights today.They managed to fit us in between jobs and did a great job--as usual. They then vacuumed off the counter and left my kitchen in good shape. They are very polite and efficient. I will continue to use them and often recommend them to friends.

Two men were very clean, friendly, and efficient. Had them fix something screwed up by another company. Will only use Price in the future. They were the best.

He did a great at fixing the problem for me. He is was very courteous and fair in his pricing. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would use him again. I ended up having him come back for a different job and he did a great job.
