Extremely well. Jason did our inspection and we found him to be very thorough and communicative. He arrived early and was detail oriented, knowledgeable and efficient. He was personable and happy to answer all questions we had as first-time home-buyers. The report was delivered promptly and was comprehensive and useful and when we needed an edit (cracked window that didn't make the list) they were quick to respond. I hope not to need another inspection any time soon, but I almost wish I had a reason to do business with them again!

The report was very thorough and he caught several minor issues that could have become major had they not been addressed. His report was ready when he said it would be and was easy to send to the builder so corrections could be made. I have hired him again for the final walk through inspection as a safe guard before we close on the house. The price of that walk through is $525.00 which made me hold my breath initially. It seems a bit steep but I approved the charge anyway because he did such a good job the first time. I would recommend using his services whether or not you are moving in to a new or used home.

They were very good, thorough and did an excellent job. The inspector explained everything and I did not find anything wrong with what he did. I will use them again in the future.
