The job went very well. The original blower fan failed just as the cold weather was starting to become severe. A service call was requested, and they were able to visit the job site within the next day to diagnose the problem. Although the heating system is easily 20 years old, the technician knew exactly was the problem was and the required solution. The blower was not easily removed from the chassis, but they were able to work through the challenges of the job. Because of the age of the blower, it required special ordering. With the impending weather, they completed the job as quickly as possible. They performed the work unsupervised, and they restored the furnace to operating condition. This is easily the 10th job that Waltman has performed, and as with all the other work, it was executed flawlessly.

The job was coordinated via the phone. They responded promptly to schedule an appointment to review the list of work. They were very helpful in examining an electrical system that was over 20 years old, and made recommendations about making improvements to the electrical panel and curing some safety issues. They also made common sense recommendations about maintaining certain connections for possible future work. After the initial site visit, a punch list was provided for the work which was scheduled in the future. The work was completed unsupervised, and the installation and adjustments were all completed professionally. The work was performed efficiently. They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It is an excellent, classic family business, that instills confidence that they know who you are, as their customer.
