Description of Work: The company that we did use was Walter D Witt Roofing & Gutter, for the demolition of the whole roof and replacement of the wooden bullet underneath and they end up putting the roof on it.

I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and the Receptionist was talking to the Owner and I at the same time, I thought this was a little unprofessional but I let it slide due to the perfect rating of this company. The Owner seemed like he was more concerned with the NCAA Basketball Tournament instead of scheduling an appointment for an estimate. The Receptonist and I collaborated with each other and set an appointment for Thursday, March 27, 2014 at 5:00 p.m. I rushed home after work and waited for an hour for someone to either call or show up. When six'o clock came I gave up on this scheduled appointment. I chose to write a review about my experience to warn other consumers to pass on this company and find one that will schedule and keep scheduled appointments.
Description of Work: Nothing/ Company did not keep appointment.

+ 0 moreIt has been holding up very well. He does a good job. They are very particular about what they do. They want everything to be right and they check it over before they leave. They are very friendly people. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Walter D. Witt Roofing & Gutter to apply a new type of paint on my tin roof. The paint has plastic in it which is supposed to last much longer than other paints that we've used in the past.
