+ -1 moreI called several repair places to get an appointment to replace it. Most could not do the work until after Thanksgiving. Tri-City told me that they could possibly get to me the next day, but would be able to schedule me the following Tuesday, 5 days later instead of weeks. They called to let me know that they could not do it the next day and would see me on Tuesday. The technician came Tuesday morning and was able to put in the new part in less than an hour! Thank you so much Tri-City. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for another repair job.
Description of Work: My 5 year old Frigidaire's evaporator fan stopped working. It needed to be replaced with one that I ordered.

+ -1 moreThe icemaker and water inlet valve on the refrigerator was replaced. This is the second time that Tr-iCity has made a repair at my house. He was very professional and on time. I received conflicting information from the receptionist, who stated that the service call would be deducted from the cost of the repair. The majority of the cost was for the parts, labor and service call was reasonable. It was not. I definitely will use him again though.

Description of Work: Our freezer had a melt down last month. The kids called to tell me there was water dripping all over the floor. We called Tri-City Appliance. They came right away. At first they thought it was the fan. It took a few days to get one in. After they replaced it, they discovered that wasn't the problem. They took it back out and replaced the condenser instead and now it works fine. It saved us a lot of money not to have to buy a new refrigerator. We were very thankful to them.
