This company provides excellent service. I used them to drywall an entire house (3200 sq ft) I was building in 2005 and they did a top notch job! I have used them on every project since then.

JL arrived as scheduled (including phone call to adjust time) and worked efficiently, always leaving the area clean, and returned as promised and delivered a beautiful ceiling.. in short: it couldn’t have gone better.

JL with Lark D Drywall came right away and gave me a great estimate and came back very quickly and did a really outstanding job. He was friendly, polite, personable, kept the "repair mess" to a minimum and totally cleaned up behind himself. I do HIGHLY recommend JL and I absolutely will hire him again when I need this type of work done again. It was a great experience and I am extremely pleased.

Great! JL and crew got in there and started working a good week or so early. I’d say they finished by the time they originally told me they could start. Pretty great! Job is clean and high quality, and JL and his crew are super nice.

I had a problem of not knowing how to address falling plaster throughout a house I had just bought. I was going to tear it all out. JL at LarkDDrywall suggested covering it with 1/4 inch drywall which was thousands of dollars cheaper, more efficient and turned out looking great. I have since used him for other projects and found him to be honest, on time and considerate of expenses.

They did a great job and I have used them multiple times. I would highly recommend them.

Requested that 2.5 inch screws be used to go through the existing plaster and drywall into the ceiling joists which had been marked on each ceiling. Glue to be be used between layers. The screws were left on site. The sub hired to hang the drywall used shorter screws than those requested. I then requested that the ceilings be reinforced with longer screws after predrilling the joists since the lines were not now visible. The ends of two of the first three joist that I checked in the attic were missed. If they had been predrilled they would not have been missed. What the contractor did may be adequate but it is not what was requested, either on the first go round or the second. The joints between the ceiling and the walls were not suppose to be taped. Another room that had already been done was used as a guide. The reason was the same as the reason for the new ceilings-paint on the old plaster walls could peel as it had done on the ceilings.

JL is a good guy, was punctual and does great work. Would recommend him and hire him again myself if the need arises.

It went smoothly, he was there at the time we agreed upon and he worked diligently to complete it and it looks amazing. It actually looks better then what the builders did on the house.

JL was a true professional. He gave a free quote, in writing, putting in writing that the customer had 3 days to cancel the contract. While drywalling is not an emotional decision like buying a car, it's refreshing to see someone honest and upfront letting you know you can terminate the contract if for whatever reason you changed your mind. His quote was not the cheapest, but with all the homes going up it was hard to get a reliable quote. Those who did had some red flags (not giving a quote in writing, for example). So i went with JL/Lark D. The delivery occurred on time, and the work started on schedule. There were some challenges (a member of his crew hit an A/C line with a drywall screw), but JL resolved things fairly and with transparency. He paid to have my A/C line repaired and system recharged. The crew also was patient as i made small changes (adding an outlet here or there). As we both work, there were also a few scheduling challenges, but by and large JL had his crew come out around our work schedules. Overall it was a good experience and I would hire him again for a drywall install or a repair.

Job done well and communicated well with customer. Focused solely on drywall so not prepared nor inclined to tackle other minor work that may be associated with drywall job.

I was worried because they finished the ceilings, and my father and I were going to paint them.Its difficult to tell if a spot would need re-work until after we painted. JL guaranteed his work if we found any further issues. We only found one spot that we needed to call him back, and he came promptly to fix it. JL by far had the best price, and his work was great. We will definitely use JL and his team for any future projects.

Lamar was outstanding, performed quality work. I felt the price was reasonable. Customer service was good. He told me upfront about vacation plans so I knew that there could be a delay (I needed the AC guy to come out first). Would recommend and definitely use again. Paid via check.

I was very satisfied with services provided by this company. All emails were answered promptly and JL arrived when he said he would.
