Description of Work: He called me promptly following my initial request for service, set an appointment, called to remind me the evening before arrival. On the appointment date showed up on time, was very polite and professional. I have a light texture on the walls, his first attempt to match the texture was not as good as we thought it would turn out once dried and painted. He arranged to come back out, sanded down the original work and redid the texture. This time it was a perfect match. He cleaned up the area each time leaving no mess at all. Both times called promptly and arranged a quick turn around between call and appointments. I would not hesitate to have him perform any other service I may require in the future. Very satisfied customer.

Description of Work: JL is very professional. Responded to my initial call right away and we set up a time for an estimate. JL even called to notify me when traffic and road paving was going to make him 5 minutes late for my estimate appointment. He is THAT timely. He gave me a fair estimate and since it was a small job JL said he would call me when he could work me into his schedule. I heard from him only a few days later and he gave me a few options of when he could complete my job. I picked a day for him to come and he arrived on time, successfully completed my job, cleaned the area with a broom and then a vacuum and I was all smiles. I would absolutely use JL again. I hope I don't have another leak, but if I do, I'll call JL straight away to fix the damaged wall or ceiling.

Description of Work: I called for a quote on some drywall patching and extension of a wall. The gentleman contacted me promptly to schedule a visit to see what I needed. He was on time for the appointment and provided the quote promptly. His price was very competitive but I did not use this company for my work. As stated, I needed a wall extended and this company does not do lumber work or building. They only do drywall. I chose a different company that could do both the wall extension and patching. If I needed just drywall work, I would certainly get a price from this company.

Description of Work: Excellent quality service and I was (and am) pleased with Josephs professionalism and work ethic. All work was finished as quoted , and on time and with good attention to details. I would certain ly use his services again in the future . I am a very satisfied customer . Drywall in approximately 4 rooms and touch up of ceiling drywall. I wanted the fiberglass face drywall that was a little tricky to find but he found it and gave a quote with and without it . That type of drywall was more expensive but it was what I wanted and he even passed through a small discount from his supplier to me . I was pleased with his fairness and professionalism all around. The quality of the job was excellent and the final finishing was done by himself and was excellent .

Description of Work: JL fixed siginificant drywall damage that was present throught the house, including an area of the ceiling that was coming down. Brough in someone to match texture of ceiling. Definitely recommended.

Description of Work: While I did not select this firm for my remodelling work [for reasons unrelated to the firm or the job] I found the representative of LDD to be very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would most definitely look to them in the future as a potential vendor.
