+ -1 moreCalled and spoke with Yvonne to schedule a visit to detect a pool leak. Scheduled to come to the house at 9 am on June 21. The morning they were supposed to arrive, nobody showed up. Called Yvonne and was informed they forgot about me and would need to reschedule, as they were booked on a pool installation for the next few days. Rescheduled for 9 am June 24. Again, nobody showed up. Yvonne called at 9:30 to inform me , "the work order was still sitting on her desk and her guy was already out on a job, so he won't be out today". At that point I was furious for taking two mornings off of work to sit around and wait for these people who don't keep appointments. She suggested I leave my gate open and unlocked and they could possible come by over the weekend if I'm not going to be home! How irresponsible!! What responsible pool owner would leave their pool fence unlocked in a neighborhood with lots of small children!!?? I promptly told her their services were not needed.
