Dave and team did an outstanding job. Work was per specs/contract and started/completed on-time. We installed two (2) Trane XV-20i systems (3 ton/ea). The work included new compressors and matched Trane air handlers, as well as the new Trane touch-panel thermostats. We no longer hear our system(s) when running and the house is remaining comfortable at our thermostat settings. We have a "bonus room" over our garage that required the installation of a new return and and additional air supply/vent; the jury is still out on whether that will be enough to keep that room cool/warm enough based on the season. [NOTE: We have received an estimate to do an separate "zone" for the upstairs to accommodate that room; work would involve installing two dampers to direct/divert airflow to that room based on separate thermostat setting in that room.]
Description of Work: Ultimate Air replaced our 2-zone HVAC system(s) for our 4200 sq ft home.

Description of Work: Great job and my AC is back! Ultimate Air came out when they said they would and replaced one of our AC units. 2 trucks and 4 guys - they split up the work and it was done in a very timely manner. We got several quotes before having them do the work and they were almost 1/2 the cost of the other companies. After all the work was done, they answered all my questions and provided resources to find additional guidance on the unit and the warranty.

They had a crew of three people at the site for three days and they did a good job. They also helped me with the federal tax rebate forms and I got this back in two weeks. I would recommend this company.
