"After moving into our new home the only thing lacking was a back patio that was adequate to sit and bar-b-que on. The original patio had a sun room addition built over the patio which only left a patio of 3' by 11'. Out of all the estimates we received, American Custom Hardscapes was the most reasonable. And what really stood out was the estimators ideas on how the patio could be constructed to blend in with the existing patio. Once the construction commenced everything fell into place perfectly. As the lead workers stated for all of them, "I want you to be very proud of this patio and I'm making it as though it was my own." Not that this is a big deal, but transparency and upfront honesty is huge to me... and I really don't like giving my credit card number to someone I don't know and have not met over the phone (which I had to do. Apparently, the additional $7.50 was the charge for doing this, which would've been nice to know ahead of time). I was also told I'd receive a formal estimate to repair what was found the morning of and have still yet to receive this. Days later and after having sent a few reminders/ inquiries about this. I hired this company based on the reviews I'd read; however, I'm disheartened to say, a 4 or 5 star rating was simply not reflective of my experience and interactions."
