 + 1 moreThis was a townhouse in dire need of work. I couldn't be happier with the results. Dean could not have been more responsive to my questions, calls, etc. He was very flexible when I changed my mind about something and offered useful suggestions when I was in doubt about what to do. He was on-site when he said he would be there and always promptly returned my calls when I had questions. (Actually, it was seldom that he had to return a call, because most of the time, he answered when I called.) I always knew exactly what was going to happen and when it would be done. The workmanship was excellent and he could not have been easier to work with. If there was an A+ rating he would get it!
Description of Work: Remodeled entire interior (three bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms, den and living room). Installed new cabinets and fixtures in kitchen and bathrooms, porcelain floors in kitchen and bathrooms, new interior doors and hardware, appliances, and laundry sink in basement. Patched and painted walls (including retexture of living room ceiling). Extensive plumbing and electrical. (Additional outlets, in-wall speakers, additional water lines, etc.). Extensive patching of drywall required due to holes cut to run new wiring. The amount spent includes labor and some items (e.g doors / hardware, paint, etc.). Appliances , cabinets and fixtures were purchased separately.
