Jen Sample - Century 21

We met Jen a couple years ago while researching the Charlottesville area. She knew up front that we would not be buying for a few years, but she spent time with us and kept us updated in the interim. We finally arrived here January 2010 and began seriously looking at homes. We found a for-sale-by-owner that fit our needs. The owner lives out of state and has seriously encroached on Jen rather than paying for her own realtor. Jen has gone above and beyond to explain to her the nuances of the real estate contract to be sure she understood its ramifications, despite the fact that Jen is representing us, not the homeowner. Jen has been diligent, thorough, and patient throughout the negotiation process. The owner has been very difficult to deal with, but Jen has been persistent. We now have a signed contract and closing date, and I know Jen will get us through to the end of this purchase. Jen has always been very responsive to phone calls and requests and spent whatever time was necessary to help us, the buyers, understand our contract. She has been a huge help to us and we recommend her without reservation to anyone buying or selling a home.
