+ -1 moreI dropped the tower off in their Pantops location. Within 3 days they called me husband to advise not spending any money on a repair.
Description of Work: I took our Dell Desktop tower in for service. Gravity checked it all out and advised it was not worth saving. The info had been saved on a daily basis to an external drive. Gravity recommended our not repairing it, but buying a new one. We did!!!! It did not cost a penny for their advice, guidance and time.
