+ -1 moreIT WAS HARD TO GET A HOLD OF THE RIGHT PERSON TO SCHEDULE A SERVICE CALL. THE REPAIRMAN DIDN'T SHOW UP ON THE SCHEDULED DAY OR CALL TO SAY HE WOULDN'T BE THERE. AFTER MUCH CALLING, WAITING AND HASSLING THEY FINALLY ADMITTED THE PART HADN'T COME.
Description of Work: MY HUSBAND'S LAPTOP COMPUTER LCD SCREEN GOT CRACKED. THEY CAME OUT TO REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE GOOD THING WAS THAT IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY.

+ -1 moreI HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. I CALLED THEM UP, AND THE NEXT DAY THEY CAME OUT AND REPLACED MY MOTHER BOARD AND LEFT. I WAS HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND PROFESSIONALISM.
Description of Work: I HAD THIS COMPANY REPLACE THE MOTHER BOARD ON THE COMPUTER. IT HAD BEEN STRUCK BY LIGHTENING. THE COMPUTER WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY SO IT DID NOT COST ME ANYTHING.

+ -1 moreI WAITED A LONG TIME TO GET THROUGH TO A REPRESENTATIVE ONLINE. THE COMPUTER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT I HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME, BUT ONCE SOMEONE HELPED ME, IT WENT REALLY FAST.
Description of Work: THE HARD DRIVE ON MY COMPUTER NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY HAS ALWAYS ACTED IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL WAY. THEY EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THEY ARE DOING, AND HAVE HELPED ME WITH ANY COMPUTER PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE HAD.
Description of Work: I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MY HOME COMPUTER AND FOR THE COMPUTERS AT WORK. I HAD THEM COME TO MY HOME AND REMOVE A VIRUS FROM MY COMPUTER.
