Additional Space Inc. is Veteran owned and operated by Bert Flood Additional Space Inc. specializes in the construction of custom homes, additions, garages, and major remodeling projects. I am a Class A Virginia General Contractor, and have been in business for 25 years. I am also a Master Carpenter with over 30 years in the trades. All went according to plan with (my) payments made at various points such as completion of framing, exterior siding, roof, interior electric lines, etc. Mr. Flood started when he promised and finished within the projected time.
Description of Work: Additional Space built a small addition to the rear of my house. It was built in such a way to be invisible from the front (of the house) and blend in at the rear like it had always been there. It was built on columns and the siding was matched exactly. There is one window and the floor is Italian tile. The room serves as an artist's studio/dark room.
