The representative ("John", I think...sorry) was on time and incredibly professional. We had multiple pet stains throughout the entire upstairs but, to me, the biggest challenge for him would be to affect several which were years old. We had, unsuccessfully, "treated" them ourselves. You would NEVER know the stains had been there. AMAZED! HIGHLY recommend this service!
