It went excellent!

Called them to fix my roof. The lady on the phone said that they would not be able to see me this week but would be able to come to my house next week. The following week comes and they never called me back. I called twice, no one answered the phone (no surprise). So I called someone else to come look at my roof. I ended up needing a complete new roof and I have a very large home. Guess you all didn't need my money that bad.

The work was completed on October 26th and we have had no leaks at all since then. Considering the monstrous rains we have yesterday, we consider the job well done. NOTE: Due to the nature of the work, they could not guarantee the work for any length of time. We understood the risk and asked them to do their best. It worked and we are happy!

Poor communication. Failure to follow up and return phone calls, as promised. Misleading information. Very disappointed.

Received estimate, sample of shingles, very friendly they were. On time, reasonable priced, very professional; then in March of 2016 they replaced the downspouts on gutters.

My wife and I were very pleased with Crown Roofing from start to finish! We received several quotes from different contractors and we were impressed with how professional they were and willing to answer all questions. Once price was finalized, our job was scheduled, they arrived on time and worked non-stop the entire day. There ended up being some rain in the forecast the following day, so they worked until almost 8PM to ensure the house was prepared to handle the rain the next day. They returned 2 days later first thing in the morning and finished the job. They protected all trees and shrubs and cleaned up around the house leaving no debris at all. Crown roofing has now completed 3 roof jobs in our neighborhood and we will highly recommend Crown Roofing to all of our other neighbors who will be replacing their roofs in the future.

From beginning to end, Crown Roofing & Siding was professional, friendly and did excellent work being careful of shrubs, fixtures, and anything in the yard. Austin, the Manager, was extremely professional, and he explained everything that would be done. Also, when he brought out the shingles for us to chose from, we was not pushy, and very informative about each roofing product available. We had confidence in his knowledge of the product. Any questions we asked were satisfactorily answered, and he went beyond that with his knowledge of the shingles and the roofing industry. He even suggested how to remove leaves from the roof without damaging new shingles. The roof was done in one & 1/2 days. The first day the men stayed from 7:30 to dark, and Austin was here most of the time, right up to the end, making sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Clean-up was complete & thorough. I would highly recommend their work, and we are very satisfied with the end result.

Austin was on time and did everything that was supposed to be done and price was pair.

I obtained quotes from 4 well-known companies and went with Crown because of their obvious attention to detail and communication with the customer. The quote was reasonable although not the absolute lowest. Roof replacement can be susceptible to a low estimate which actually must go higher when the old wood sheathing is found inadequate. In my case, Crown's estimate of how much would be needed was the most of any the companies, which I regard as a realistic approach. During installation, the Crown site manager carefully explained why more wood was needed and then worked to get me a better price than in the contract. So, all parties were satisfied in the end - me with a price not much higher than the quote and Crown with a roof they can stand behind with their warranty. I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire interaction, including the waiting time until installation began because I was kept informed. I was even provided a revised contract because I needed specific language in it, which was done courteously and promptly. The first install date was kept, and the work proceeded efficiently. The only weak performance, which can be easily fixed, was some small bits and pieces of debris left on the garage concrete floor, which included four large nails. I took care of that with a few minutes of basic sweeping. I am a satisfied customer and very relieved to have found a reputable company that I can recommend and use again myself.

Went very well. They were punctual on dates of installation, very courteous, and did an excellent job. It's been 5 years since I have had it down and it still looks like they installed yesterday! I would recommend this company highly! They do exceptional, professional work!
